This is my first petition, so I'm hoping it goes well.
This is actually just a re-make of a popular one that had to close down for reasons I've touched on in a later post.
Feel Free to PM me with any questions you might have, but please remember that I won't give out names of the previous petition owner, or of the developer that was mentioned.
Also, please note that I am human, and that I do go to school, so I won't be on 24/7, But I do promise to update the signatures every night.

What we want!

We want the developers to know that we love the plot updates, and that we continue their production. Which [hopefully] should include ALL the NPC's (( Including the tattoo shop, parts shop, housing shop [including robots], gold mountain, Cash shop, and evolving item report NPC's ))

Basically, it's like this: This is a second petition to get our manga/plot updates back, because the one that was around before had to close due to the thread owner unfortunately not having enough time to properly take care of it.

Usually when I join a forum I gradually stop posting until I forget about the place altogether. But I didn't really become active on Gaia until the Olympic 2k4 plot update/event, because...
well, it was kind of a big thing. There were characters and they were like...DOING STUFF. I'd never been on a forum that had elements like that weren't completely user run and I thought it was a lot of fun. I was actually disappointed that there was no plot update with the anniversary this year and I'd really like to see them again. If not for plot updates, I might've forgotten about Gaia that first month I joined in 03. Plot updates kinda kept me from forgetting about this place.
I actually haven't participated much in recent events due to them being "Do-Stuff and Get-a-thing" without having a plot element. I can just snag the event item off the markeplace later. Plots make the events more fun for me and many others.

I was actually re-reading some of them this morning. Having the manga/plot updates keeps things flowing on Gaia. It explains why we have the events that we do. On Halloween with the vampires, I wound not have understood that at all without the manga. Not to mention they are funny. They're well written, so I don't understand why we don't see them more often. If they were update more frequently more people might be made aware of their presence. In all honesty, I found the manga and the plot updates accidentally. But then I understood who that blonde dude was on the link for the Marketplace, or why some of the stores were named after some guy named "Gambino".

Come on, Gaia, we DO care!
