When I finish an art work, I usually require the trade to be finished before I send the art. I use a disclaimer that says "You are making a choice by buying my art. By paying for it you are buying my services. I have the right to cancel a trade and destroy any art I make for you. I have the right to deny a refund if I can prove I put my best effort into making the art.

yeah I do that with my graphics as well, but you run into people who don't believe you will send the art even if you send a sample ahead of time sweatdrop but thanks for signing!
