As much as I want more devs on zOMG too, hiring a flash developer isn't easy. They can't just hire someone. They'd have to interview that person and all that stuff first before they can actually hire that person. I'm pretty sure some people have submitted their job applications to become a flash developer, but are still waiting for a job interview.

Should we make a separate proposal for a proper zOMG tutorial as well? I'm sure there are people who start the game, then get frustrated in VG because they don't understand what to do.
