It's ridiculous that you have to be filthy rich to afford a decent wig nowadays. There are so few that are affordable, or even available for those of us who do not buy Gaia cash. I'm not saying that they should start selling wigs in gold shops for 5000g, but paying over a million gold in the marketplace for a hairstyle is out of the question for many gaians.

It's cool for those people that could afford cash and buy them off the cash shop. But people that can't afford nor buy them from the MP as they're ridiculously high priced, it's only fair to have some awesome cool wigs in Salon Durem as well.

Holy effing cow! I had no idea so many wigs were in the cash shop compared to gold shops! So unfair! That's why I can't afford so many of them..

Agreed, this would be nice.

I think quality wigs could serve as an effective goldsink, honestly. Making them considerably more expensive than a salon cut but putting them in the gold shops would not only give users something else to quest for which they knew would still be there once they'd saved up for it, it would be a good way of getting hold of these clearly very popular items without having to use Gaia Cash or simply swap masses of gold between users. I really don't understand why there aren't more gold shop items at the kind of mid-range prices seen on the Marketplace: it's either, for the most part, 25k or less, or it's up there in the millions. Selling nice-looking wigs at 100k or so would be a very good way to remove gold from the system: people are clearly prepared to pay those prices, going by MP listings. Why not cut out the middleman?
