I don't think this is a joke, and I'm not a smoker, personally. But, I'll be damned if I'm not going to sign this petition. These people should have the choice to put cigarettes on their avatars, either because they're actually smokers (that way the avatar truly represents them), or because they just WANT that image.

You might want to ask them to move this to the Petitions forum, though.
