Also, a suggestion for the Norse deities.
Sleipnir, Son of Loki and a Male Horse. Makes the person sprout 8 legs or changes the teeth to have runes carved upon them.
Fenrir. Son of Loki. The Wolffather. Bit Tyrs hand off. Item puts a hand in the mouth or binds the equipper with the three fetters, Gleipnir, Leyding and Dromi.
Fimblvetr: The endless winter before Ragnarok. Total whiteout of the avatar.
Brynhildr: One of the Valkyries. Brynhildr defies Wotan and gets stripped of her powers, forced into a sleep-state and she will only wake up when a strong man comes and rescues her. Her curse is a ring of fire.


Then there is the Curses of the Endless
Dream: The Curse of Eternal Waking. Shown as a person looking very jittery and bags underneath the eyes
Delirum: The Curse of the Endless Torture: Shown as sores on the arms as if the person has been scratching spots on their arms
Desire: The Curse of Endless Unreturned Love
Despair: The Curse of Endless Despair. Person becomes an overweight, ugly woman with stringy hair.
Destruction: The Curse of Endless Boredom:
Destiny: The Curse of Endless Non-Interference: A large tome is chained to the avatars arm.
Death: The Curse of Endless Disconnection: A cloud of pigeons and spirits.

Omega: I second all the Norse mythology things. Especially Brynhildr. Speaking of that, a Valkyrie outfit (armor, winged helmet (with or without blonde braids), spear, shield, and some beautiful flowing skirt what makes the legs invisible) would be nice too. You can make one with Thor's helmet, some white dress, and that dragon order cape, but it's not perfect.

And how about Fafnir the dragon? As "you are" or as companion. He's pretty much cursed.

And also the spear that kills Siegfried, as an impalement thingie through the avatar. Maybe also Hogni/Hagen as an evil companion.
