I'll sign! Here's an idea for Greek: Ixion. This is from my Greek Mythology book: Ixion killed his future father-in-law. Zeus was prepared to forgive him, but instead of being grateful, Ixion lanned to carry off Zeus's wife, Hera. Zeus couldn't believe this, so he made a double of his wife out of clouds to see what would happen. Ixion pounced and carried the cloud-woman, Nephele, away, proving how evil he was. As punishment, Zeus ordered Hermes to tie Ixion to a wheel of fire, which he set rolling ndlessly through the sky. So an avi attached to a wheel of fire maybe?

And for the Midas one, there was more than just turning things to gold. Again, from my Greek Mythology book: Midas offended Apollow who gave him donkey ears. He hid them under his cap, but his barber discovered them. The barber was sworn to secrecy, but longed to tell someone. He dug a hole, spoke the secret into it, then filled it in, hoping it was safely buried. Some reeds greew on the spot and when they rustled in the wind they whispered what was in the earth below and everyone knew how silly Midas was. Donkey ears.
