It has long been a problem trying to stave off the horrible topics that crop up in towns. I don't have a problem with some of the gay/les topics, because there is one member of the community who mostly posts a topic there for his friends.(It tends to stay clean and well within the ToS guidelines/rules)

I will be forwarding this topic to my guild: The Barton Town Police Department. We routinely patrol all flash areas of Gaia and having as many sign up's for this would undoubtedly make the job we do much easier.

I did like some of the suggestions made to change the way Towns topics are made.

~Making towns topics by a username is already being done in most (if not all) of the other flash areas of Gaia, I really can't see why it could/would not be implemented in Towns as well.

~Making town topic changes cost more would most likely stem some of the offensive or suggestive topics.

~The idea of permanent names for towns would be nice too. Maybe have various topics that are preset themes, or even if changes are able to be made, a preset list would be good too. Too much freedom to choose what can be a topic makes towns the gutter of Gaia as it is.
