It would be nice to see a change, I'd really like a combination of maybe the username and possibly getting them to check the box again that they are not posting something against TOS and if they are, they are liable to be reported with subjective consequences. I think the problem is people 'forget' the TOS and don't believe they can be reported on things such as changing a name...

Another part of the problem is that the gaian staff doesn't check into a lot of the reports I think, just because of the sheer amount of them they probably get on a daily bases. They either need to devote more people to checking the towns, or hire more people, because too many things that never happened before with a smaller population are happening now and slipping through. It creates such a bad atmosphere in towns... And don't get me wrong, there have been some interesting one lately but to many of them anymore are offensive. -.-

But anyways, yes i think TOS need to be more strongly enforced.

How about Most of the Above:
