Ive tried emailing the company asking them how to disable the announcements from them but I have yet to receive a reply, its ok though, maybe I'll get a reply eventually. Or probably there is no way to disable it, Ive tried virtually everything.. sad

Wait, do announcements show up in your off-site inbox?

That's an in-site inbox. You can't do anything about that.
