there is an item were you can make an amputee pose and that is the case of pietro it has a couple i believe.

It has one shirt item with an amputated limb, but that limits your avatar if you actually want to co-ordinate, you couldn't wear any jackets over it, and it's only one arm.

1) There's nothing "sick" about it. And I never said to have both. I just meant that you can't choose which arm not to have. It will always be the arm facing out, rather than, like, say, the robotic limb where you can choose left or right.
2) I'm also talking legs here, not just arms. Amputated limbs.
3) I'd ask for a personal request that you don't call me "dear". I find it patronising.
