hmm. Choco has this banner she has...and she wants to use the design for this graphic too...but she wants to change the colors... e___e
would there be a way for you to do that?? or maybe mimic the image??

Choco wants to use the background of that banner to fade with an avi art she has. but the avi art is blue and white colors... so she wants to use a blue and white design to blend it with.
so was just wondering if you could do that. if not, sorry for troubling you about that. <.>
