I want a Banner/Siggy! Um.... It's a little animated icon. I want it to look like this please.

Text to Appear on Banner: I'm not sure. Can I get the banner made and have you add text after?
Any images you want me to use?: A headshot of this avi: replacing the tiny Link picture.
What size?Same size as shown icon thingy.
Animation? (If so, describe): Instead of a beating heart, I'd just like a blue star around the headshot and have it flashing different colors. (At around the same speed as the beating) no change in size. And can I get tiny (Not moving or blinking) stars in the back ground?
Image attributes (Optional): (Not sure what that means)
Color theme (optional): Flasing star: Darker blue flashing to a lighter blue. Border. Same dark blue. Back ground stars: Light blues.
