Like companies like Square-Enix or Sega will be interested.
FACE IT. They will have more profit IF we use the images. Why? because somebody who doesn't know that anime/game/film will be interested and look up and maybe buy merchandise. The whole point of fanart is like more publicity. besides they would get butthurt over some 14 year olds who have wayy too much time? And they sell it for .. GOLD? rolleyes Whatever, I'm glad I don't do banners or that kind of stuff. |

Companies don't care about a 14 year old making a small banner, but they will care about a large site allowing the use of copyrighted stuff wink Same reason why youtube removes videos that have clips or images that the user doesn't own. |

Question: If I make some art and want to put in a copyrighted image as a background (see the art in my signature) can I have a free 'background adding' thing?
For example, somebody orders my art, I draw it, they pay me, done. After that, can I say, "Hey, I'll add this background for free if you want!", edit the background in and give them the edited image for free? I'm not profiting from the copyrighted image, am I? Hell, I could even open a separate freebie shop to do it in. |

Question: If I use tektek to make dream avatars for people is this ok? I'm not totally sure if that applies to any of the rules seeing as how most of them are drawn avatars. What i kinda undestand is that yes it is ok because it is all Gaia grpahics because its making a Gaia avatar...am I right or no? Thank you for taking time to reading this.

These are the stupidest freaking rules. EVER.
They are just photos. Do you know how many pictures are used on other websites not asking if they can use them? If the owner of the image didn't want it used, they wouldn't of put it on the computer anyway. And how the hell do you expect to contact a big company like Fox or Disney? Not gonna happen. Don't think they'd respond that quickly or if at all. And it's stupid sh-t like this, that prevent me from getting a freaking profile layout. Don't bother replying to me on this thread, I'm getting off it. |

What about if you use Text generators, then upload it from your computer to photoshop, then edit, then you know the rest? Please help me out, I dont want to do anything against the rules and guidelines. Please either post back to me OR Private Message me, I preffer PM. Thank you.
