PhoenixMoonStar: I understand how you mean about classic poses like Sailormoon. However, you have nothing to worry about if you do not eyeball line for line from an existing image. Each artist have their own way of drawing and even the same pose can be drawn slightly differently according to each artist.

Lets Say i make a similiar one....Can i show it off for free, and i wont be breaking this rule? What if I sell Stuff Similiar Like that? What if i give it away for free?

That is correct, but you are allowed to make for free, or for your own use.

Can you use a character or avatar from a game, but not selling it, but a graphic you make with the character?

Would I be allowed to sell something like :

Character from a game, but the rest is entirely customized.
