PhoenixMoonStar: I understand how you mean about classic poses like Sailormoon. However, you have nothing to worry about if you do not eyeball line for line from an existing image. Each artist have their own way of drawing and even the same pose can be drawn slightly differently according to each artist.
I hope this helps answer your question ^^ [~soul_slayer ~]: If the prize is free, then you and the artist are allowed to use anime images. Just as you have stated, there is no profit made from using them, therefore it is ok. |

i was just wondering before my store was deleted cause i used anime renders in my banner. If you click my banner and go into my store could use please tell me if everyhting is legit. Also the wishlist in my siggy as well is not being sold in anyway just for my own personal use in my signature is that ok?

what happens if we were to open a store for graphic donations? ie, no gold involved, you are donating to the community. Are we then allowed to use graphics that are renderings / not ours?

Umm Yeah im Confused about this rule, so i will use an example as my siggy.
Lets Say i make a similiar one....Can i show it off for free, and i wont be breaking this rule? What if I sell Stuff Similiar Like that? What if i give it away for free? Thanks for answring questions. |

I got a question. What if you have a commercial image, but you vector it yourself...in other words make the image using the pen tool in Photoshop?

I'm a bit confused too..
Can you use a character or avatar from a game, but not selling it, but a graphic you make with the character? Would I be allowed to sell something like :  Character from a game, but the rest is entirely customized. |
