So, you’re probably wondering what a Radial is, what it looks like and just how on Earth you’ll be able to use it. A Radial is image of colours – generally two or more – swirled, or made into a radial blur, as you can see in the main banner. I generally start with two colours, one main and one secondary, planted onto a black background ((trust me, a transparent background just makes it look weird)) and if any other colours appear when I experiment with effects, well, sometimes I get some pretty nice results – and sometimes the original colours disappear altogether!
It’s probably time for me to start showing you previews and giving you prices, so here we go:

★★ Now, this will all depend on two things. Firstly, what type of animation you want on your icon. Secondly, if I can do it. Things like blinking text I can do. Fading things I can do, but what you want faded will depend on you; text, avi, so on. The cost of an animated icon will be whatever the cost of your overall radial will be – eg. a radial just with text = 200gg – plus 800gg to turn it into an animated image – therefore, 1k, from that example. If the animation is somewhat tricky or very time consuming I may charge extra. If there's more than one animation type effect on the radial the first animation effect will cost 800gg, and then every additional animated effect will cost 200gg.

Effects
So far I have a few effects up my sleeve that you can pick from. Depending on how my experimentation goes, there might be more to come in the future.
Effect One: Colour Wash: This is where I take your radial or two colours ((or more, depending on the type of radial you pick out)) and give it a pair of tinted glasses. In other words, I can make it fully yellow, blue, orange, green, or whatever colour you like! Here’s an example of a colour-washed radial: [

Effect Two: Speckles: Just as it says, I can put speckles on your image. Any colour and size – and quantity can vary depending on the brushes I discover on my comp, and by what you desire. Here’s an example of a speckled radial: [

Effect Three: Pre-Set Shapes: Of course, what image manipulation program would be complete without the ability to draw pre-set shapes? I’ve got a few things like stars and circles, all the usual lot. Pretty sure there’s more saved on my laptop, I’ll let you know as soon as I can find it ((sisters – they always steal your lappy!)). So, whether you want a singular star or a star cluster, I’ll be able to work something out. Here is an example of a radial with a Pre-Set Shape: [

Effect Four: Chalked: This one might be a bit tricky. I use two different functions to make this effect and I don’t want to change the settings, but it does mean that there could be certain colours that this will work with effectively and some that will just end up looking ... bad. One of the functions has to do with a blue shading, of sorts, and cool colours have worked so far. I have been able to do a colour wash on top of the chalked effect, so while that will no doubt change the colour of your chalked radial, please keep in mind that it will mean an extra effect cost. Here is an example of a chalked radial: [

Effect 5: Avatars: While I do have the ability to put an avi onto a radial, I do ask that should you request for a radial with your avi on it that you do not have a background image, or – if you can’t live without one – one that isn’t too big or difficult to work with. Mood Bubbles, a moon, the effects from the GO Phones, and other such backgrounds are
okay. Human Smoke Bombs, Heavenly Awesome and other fill-the-box backgrounds are
not. If you’re not sure you can always ask ((and if
I’m not sure I’ll give it a shot then let you know)). Here are a few examples of radials with avatars on them: [

Effect Six: Blinkie Text: ANIMATED. Who doesn’t know what a blinkie text is? I can make your text blink a colour of your choice, going left, going right, two going inversely, two going … umm … outwards, or completely random! Here is an example of a radial with a blinkie text: [

Effect Seven: Fade / Appear: ANIMATED. Fading is a fairly simple process, all I need to know is what you want faded, whether the whole radial or a bit of text or something, and if you want it to fade out then fade back in or just return to the start. Here are is an example of a radial with fading: [

Effect Eight: Posterised: The Posterised effect is rather similar to how the Chalked wallpaper series turned out; the colours are somewhat grouped. I can't really explain it so it would do well to take a look at a few examples:[

Effect Nine: Textures: NOTE: FOR ICON-SIZED RADIALS ONLY A while back I created a couple of texture sets for icon making and I've decided to add them as an effect for your radial/s. In the sample links below you will first see the textures as they appear on their own, followed by how they

Effect Ten: Self-Framed Circle: NOTE: FOR ICON-SIZED AND BADGE-SIZED RADIALS ONLY. This effect sort of duplicates the image of your radial and squishes them into each corner. It also fits your radial into a centralised circle ((sometimes apparent, sometimes not)). But of course, here's a couple of samples so you can see what I'm trying very badly to explain: [

Effect Eleven: Emotions: ANIMATED. This has to do with changing the facial expressions of your avi. If you want them to blink, if you want them to have a Rageface, if you want their mouths to move as if you're talking, and so on. If the facial features are available on Gaia and TekTek, I can do it ((it helps to name facial espressions specifically, and even which item - if any - it comes from)). Fonts
I can’t post every single font I have saved but I do have a lot from
DaFont.com. If you see a font there that you would like on your radial please put a link to it in your order form ((unless it’s a basic font like Times New Roman and Ariel and so forth)).
Ordering
To order your radial/s, copy and paste the code/s of choice into a post and fill in the details. Remember to take out the “( )” parts! If you see a certain effect or text type in one of my examples that you would like to have on your own radial, make it known and refer to the particular example so I know what you’re on about. If you would like to buy any of the non-commissioned radials I have in my samples lists –
Bar anything with a pink heart next to it, I made those as gifts – then use the fourth order form.

When I make your radial I might end up making a few examples or maybe just one, depending on how well I'm able to follow your instructions. When I’ve made them, I’ll send you a PM showing you what I've done so far ((please note that everything I send you will have a watermark on it until I send you the absolute final product)) and maybe ask a few more questions if I'm uncertain. If you don’t likewhat you see I could try again – but please keep in mind that if you continually say you don’t like anything I show you, then maybe I just can’t make anything to suit your tastes.
Please do not start yelling and screaming and being rude because of it.
Once the look of your radial is finalised, the
trade must be finalised before I send you your un-watermarked radial. If it is an icon or a badge I will send it straight to you via PM, but for wallpapers – because of their size – I will put it into a file sharing site like YouSendIt or whatever for you to download ((it will be in a Zipfile, so you will need winRAR to open it)), and that way the image hosting sites won’t shrink it. I do appreciate a follow-up PM just as a thank you or to make sure that I’m sure that you got your radial.
I do ask that you then save your radial onto your own server as after a few weeks I very well could end up removing it from my photobucket.
