I had these rice balls made for my old accout, darian shields, and I would like to know if someone could edit the to have half a speech bubble, like those headshot with half a speech bubble people use to post in the forums with. ^^ Also can you delet my old username off of the bottom of them?

Yes, Flaming punch is right. You would need to give us the orginal artist's permistion to edit or alter the image in writing.
It might be copyright also.
