Design me a sorority logo? [1 MILLION GOLD IN FUNDS!]

So basically I'm looking for a logo for my sorority and I would like something unique and eye-catching.
I'd rather go for traditional logos such as this. But a tad bit of artistic design wouldn't hurt (:

SOME INFO ABOUT MY SORORITY

The name of my sorority is called the Chi Upsilon Sisterhood ®
Colors must be black, red, gold, silver (you may choose a combination of these)
Our motto is "We believe in strengthening the weak." (DO NOT INCLUDE IN LOGO)
For some of parts of the logo, I would like it to represent our motto stated above.

That's probably it. I'd like the badge to be 288 x 288 in size but the shape is up to you.
This will be open for as long as I want, until I find the logo I really like.

The amount to be paid will be based on quality, uniqueness & creativity, so I'd like you guys to try really hard! (:
