where / what are you planning on doing for the sub banners?
will they be side graphics or should I make them completely separate banners and just have the text (like story, rules) on them?

Yeesssh~ I LOVE Harvest Moon. I can't wait for the next Harvest Moon game. I'm tempted to pre-order it again even though I already did just because Natsume's giving a 12inch cow with it.
Mm~ You do the graphics and I take care of the coding. Like here's just a RP I set up with very minimal coding and ordered graphics. (1 main graphic, 13 Sub Banners, icons, and a footer). clicky.
