I am not satisfied with the background. I was hoping for a background texture not slanted lines.

This will be difficult. Having texture with some transparency is possible, however, when that is converted into an animated GIF the color lossness will reduce the 24-bit alpha channel to an 18-bit one rendering a horrendous and blocky texture.

I could redo the order the way you like it, however, the transparency will not be there I will use the background that is your profile in place of it.

That should be no problem at all.

I will replace the transparency background with one similar to what you have posted and remove the scanlines.
