Well, Status bar is the part of the Profile where it displays your Online/Offline status, Toolbar is the Buttons part, from where you PM, start Trade, add to Friends or Ignore 3nodding

The Navigation bar is the 3rd, the links to Home, Edit Profile, or whatever the user wants to place there. Similar to the one of V2 Profiles, just more customized n.n
