What is popping? My friend says that's what she does, and I just look at her like "What in the heck are you talking about?"...

Honestly, my favorite styles are lindy hop (and pretty much anything else swing), latin (like tango, salsa, and cha cha), and probably modern. Mainly swing dancing though.
Right now, I just go the all the swing dances I can. Mostly just for fun.
Plus, the crowds are usually great and I love the applause.

I just started taking Modern dance classes. I love it. I wish I would've started taking dance classes sooner.

I dance oriental at a dance studio in my town. I've also formed a student troupe with my friends from dance class and we have extra practises outside the schedule.

I do it for the exercise and the joy of dance, naturally, but also because it's fun to prepare shows and perform for audience.
And then of course: costumes, costumes, costumes whee

i loveeeeeeeeeeeee dancing! ive been dancing since i was 3, doing hip hop,(done others too but this is my main style, with a touch of jazz and pop) but i think my favorite style of dance is contemporary, which i just started this year when my dance team went into a studio XD yayy Encore heart

Well... I do tap and Hip Hop currently. I used to do ballet when i was four then did jazz till age nine. I love every second!!!! :3

I have done many styles of dance but I am currently doing Ballet. Styles of dance I have done: ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, modern (Limón, Horton, Graham), Hawain, and Classical Indian (bharatanatyam). I suppose I do it for fun but I am getting frustrated. I am currently injured and it's been a hard getting back to what I was able to do.

Cool, I have used poi balls myself for my Hawaiian class, of course they weren't on fire. I got pretty good at it, though.
Hey, have you ever heard of flowpoi? It is a lot less dangerous.

yeah but I like using fire poi alot more, I havent gotten any LED ones for the winter though, damn things cost like 60-70$ for a set, but I think im going to stick with doing fire, even in the snow lol

I like Modern and Tap. I love my modern teacher and my former tap teacher (she moved to a different studio.
