Band nerds where are you?

I just realized this forum exsisted, and I see no band nerd threads. So let's hear it what do or did you play? Share marching stories, competiton tales, or even something about any concerts you've done.

I personally play Alto Saxophone and I played French Horn for like two months before switching. XD

AT BAND! lol i played flute for 3 years, but i quit cuz my teacher not only didn't teach well but he was a jerk. i've been teaching myself for two years and may i just say YAY! for band trips

I play percussion during concert season, and marching cymbals during marching season.
Sadly this is my last year. :C

I recently graduated from my High School band program, but I'm still a clarinet player in college, band is always great.

Me and my friends are definately band nerds biggrin We play assorted instruments of course, but I personally play all sorts of clarinets. Next year for marching band I am going out for Drum major biggrin
