Rick drew much attention to himself being the only one of his exact species in that dimension, which was common as of late. At the same time, he seemed to have a lot of different beliefs than the rest of the people.
For example, at some point, Rick was asked if he wanted to join McKaela's elite soldiers in the Xavier Legion. The last task he was required to do was to execute a prisoner whose crime was stealing. Rick wouldn't do it, and in fact convinced McKaela to release those prisoners that were to be executed for petty crimes.

As Rick stayed there, he trained with the Xavier Legion, and slightly gained the tilkibitki ability to tranform one's body into anything. Later it was discovered that that was only possible to Rick in that dimention.
Rick found out many things great and terrible about the Tilkibitki race, about McKaela and Mistress Veritas, and about why they were there. Apparently, the tilkibitki were descendents of some space travelers from a planet destroyed by its rulers. They made their way to Earth and basically took over. The old rulers and the ways of space travel were long forgotten.
One night, he unintentionally insulted McKaela when he said he didn't care for cyborgs. McKaela turned out to be a cyborg. Later he went back to the inn where he was staying and met an old wolf tilkibitki called Locke. There, he was fed information about the tilkibitki and how evil they were and how they're planning on taking over the world, enslaving the humans. He wanted Rick's help to stop them. Rick obviously needed time to think about it.
McKaela told him it was a lie, but he was being pulled both ways. Either way, someone was being the bad guy, and they had to be stopped. Was it Locke and the Rebels? Or was it McKaela and the Xavier Legion? Could it be both?
Rick decided to investigate the rebel village to find out what they were up to, and see if there was some connection or plot of evil. While he was there, he learned that they planned to destroy the Xavier Legion, and even the village that was housing it. That was enough proof for Rick, and he returned to Kahikite to warn the Xavier Legion. They then plotted to destroy the rebel village. What was Rick to do?
McKaela saw his discomfort and decided to try and take another action besides destroying the rebels. Rick still hadn't learned HOW exactly Locke was going to destroy the tilkibitki, but he was willing to find out.
Through all this mess and chaos, Rick was beginning to feel the weight of everything on him again. Depression overtook him, and he fled to the coast to think. He dwelt on his home, and wondered how long it would take to finally get there.
He was visited by the Avatar that sent him there and was promised that this would be his most difficult AND final test. Rick was overjoyed and felt strongly encouraged to finish this task.
He returned to Kahikite, ready to take on whatever was thrown at him. This time, he knew he would be going home when he was finished.
He had made plans earlier that day for dinner with McKaela and her husband Megellin, but there was still some time before he needed to be there. He decided to celebrate by having a drink. A small one, though.
He went to the inn where he was staying, and had a single shot of bloody mary. Wouldn't you know it, Rick cannot for the life of him hold his liquor. He was zonked out, and had to stumble to the Xavier manor and tell the guards, very drunkenly, that he wouldn't be able to make it.
Just in time, though, McKaela showed up and somehow cleared his head.
Meanwhile, Locke was watching the whole thing and grinned with satisfaction that his plan had worked. Now, all he had to do was wait...
The goddess Megami, one of McKaela's forms, was able to show Rick his home dimention at one point, and what was happening to those he loved there. He discovered that he had a son. He also found out that he had only been gone from his own dimension for 20 years, but Steele was up to no good, demanding to be champion again in Rick's absence, AND for Vixen to be his mate. Ravendor was sulking mostly, peering out the castle window waiting for something... or someone...
After that boost, he left to go visit the rebel village again and was met there with hostile forces, almost as if they knew he was coming. Rick was forced to incapacitate them in order to speak with Locke. He, got no information, and was left to himself when Locke and Atreyu, Locke's assistant, disappeared.
Rick returned to Kahikite, frustrated and angry. He spoke with McKaela about what had occured, and whilst he was doing so, he was overtaken by some power within himself, and lost control of his body. He began to tear apart Aluna's laboratory, trying to kill McKaela and Veritas Xavier.
He discovered that Locke was in the inn when he got that drink, and had placed a sort of nanite thing that made its way to his brain, and then waited there for Locke to activate it to take over Rick's body. Rick watched helplessly as his body began to destroy everything around him. McKaela and Aluna took care of themselves and didn't get harmed.
Rick was eventually able to destroy the nanochip inside his brain using his own ethereal energies to partially fry a small bit of his own brain. It didn't do MUCH to his brain, but it did destroy the nanochip. Rick was free again. But, Rick's outburst gave Locke enough time to get the rest of his plan ready.
By this time, Rick's heart was set that Locke needed to be destroyed, and the rest of his rebel gang imprisoned. He left the Xavier Mansion and took off towards the rebel village with McKaela. Outside the village, he was met by Atreyu.
Atreyu had incredible morphing abilities. She attacked Rick and McKaela. Eventually, Rick discovered she was being controlled by some kind of collar thing that moved from her neck to her wrist, to her ankle, and back, continuously. He had her in a position for destruction, but took the opportunity to get rid of the collar instead.
Locke showed up applauding mockingly, and told Rick and McKaela that it was already too late. He had some kind of trigger in his hand which he stated would destroy the Xavier Legion once and for all. Out of spite, he pulled the trigger. A timer started counting down from ten minutes. All the electronic equipment flashed the countdown, and nothing else.
McKaela sprinted off to the Xavier Mansion, barking orders to evacuate the city, and get Mistress Xavier out of the Mansion. Rick stayed behind long enough to take care of Locke. Locke didn't believe Rick had the guts to do what was necessary. Rick proved him otherwise.
Rick then returned to the mansion to discover every electrical device inside counting down. Aluna was trying to stop it, but it wasn't any help. The whole mansion was the time bomb.
Aluna wouldn't leave, and Rick decided he knew what had to be done. This very much would be his hardest task, and possibly his last.
Just as everyone got out, besides Aluna and Rick, the clock got to 00:02. Rick used his energies to telekinetically fling Aluna out the door of the mansion and then create a force shield bubble around the mansion, but he didn't have enough power to put one around himself. A huge explosion erupted and the force bubble kept it all inside. Everything inside was vaporized.
Rick had done the ultimate sacrifice, giving his life in order to save the lives others. Because of such, Rick's avatar congratulated him and said he was ready to return home, except he was dead. Therefore it was impossible for him to go.
However, through such great gratitude and generosity, Megami granted Rick a single chance of Resurrection. Rick accepted gratefully.
Rick arose from the ashes where the Xavier Mansion used to be and was given only just enough time to say goodbye to McKaela before he disappeared back to his own dimension.

Rick returned to his world, battered and bruised, and fell unconscious just as Ravendor arrived from the vampire castle to pick him up. He was home. Finally home... Barely alive, but home.
Pedro was summoned to help Rick, because he stayed unconscious for 2 weeks. Pedro couldn't find anything wrong with him. It seemed strange that he was bruised and scarred, but other than that, it was as if he hadn't even aged a day. It was approximately 20 years since he had left from his dimension.
At the same time, Pedro predicted that the only reason Rick was still alive was by sheer will. Only time could tell whether he would even become conscious again...
One day, Rick suddenly awoke, and felt aan urge to find Vixen. He left the Vampire castle where he was staying to reunite with her.
He returned to where his tribe was staying and found Steele making trouble, and demanding that he be made champion AND chief.
When Rick got there, he literally shunted Steele to the side to embrace his wife. Steele didn't like that and he attempted an attack on Rick. He was no match and was quickly dispatched before Rick told Steele never to return.
Finally, Rick could meet his son. His name was Ben. Rick knew he had some catching up to do.

Later, he returned to the castle to reunite with Ravendor properly, and have his welcoming party.
It was interrupted by a messenger telling the queen about a menace terrorizing the prophets of the land, which are those who are chosen to speak with the Avatars of their species. Many of them already killed at a country club party thing. Then, various innocent women and children were kidnapped, never to be seen again.
This was nothing new to Mekai, and she told Rick about the mysterious disappearances of religious leaders, and how noone was able to return alive from certain gatherings. This was the third time, and finally someone had survived to tell the tale. The messenger had a message for the newly returned Rick and for Ravendor to come join him at one such "party." They accepted, and readied for combat...
At that time, Mogget appeared at the Vampire castle, still questing for the fox that saved her. Apparently, clue led her to here after hearing of a certain hero that was a fox demon of sorts.
She saw Ravendor and knew right off that he was the one. She pledged her loyalty to him, but other than that didn't exactly know what to do, now. She pleaded to go with Ravendor and Rick, and was finally allowed to go. Pedro also came along, wanting to follow after Mogget.

Rick, Ravendor, Mogget, Pedro, and Nian went to the "party" and were met by a group of raccoons whom Rick and Ravendor argued with about the senseless killing of prophets. They all ended up in a trap.
The raccoons escaped, leaving some kind of toxic gas grenade which WOULD have killed everyone if Mogget didn't take pick it up and disappear into the shadow realm with it. She didn't return. Pedro was hurt badly. Pedro then sort of changed into a darker version of himself. He grew long black hair, and his clothes morphed into black leather. His right eye turned red, and the white patch turned black. He then used his abilities to blast a hole in the wall of the trap they were kept in. He ran towards the Raccoon hideout using his sense of smell to detect the direction they went in. He was determined to seek vengeance for Mogget.
Petros soon found his way to the sanitarium where the raccoons hid away.

SO, Rick, Ravendor, and Nian left to find them. There, they met two of the raccoon elite ninjas. Harward and Xan. Harward was a a rather beefy and buff raccoon who liked the cowboy hats and wielded a broadsword. Xan was the younger brother of Mark Masaku, and was like him in almost every way besides the fact that Mark was faster, stronger, and smarter. But, they looked the same, and both wielded two long, wicked looking daggers.
They raccoons were surprised to see them there, and attempted to kill them, but they were in fact dealt with fairly well by Nian and Petros whilst Rick and Ravendor raided the insanitarium to find Mark.
Inside, Rick and Ravendor found something absolutely horrifying. Mark Masaku had to be completely insane and sadistic. Inside, they found glass cages where the innocent women and children that Mark had kidnapped were being held. Drops of slightly acidic water dripped on them from the ceiling, causing their flesh to slowly decay, and the air was fed with depressants. ((I'd go on to describe it more, but I might get in trouble by the TOS ))
Mark Masaku noticed they had entered his domain, and decided to let them wade through his fortress labrynth. They would have to go through various tunnels and hallways in this long maze. And at each turn, a new horror was waiting for them to see. Any normal mortal would go insane from the sights they had to bear.
Eventually, they found their way to the end chamber where Masaku was waiting.
Rick and Ravendor were left to battle with Masaku. He was extremely fast and wielded two long daggers. Rick and Ravendor together were still no match for Masaku's speed, and were eventually trapped in his grasp with the daggers at their throats.
However, something extraordinary happened. Rick's ethereal sphere and Ravendor's blade began to glow, and they disappeared in a flash of light. In front of Masaku, in their place, a new being appeared. His name was Rhazek`Dul, combination of Rick and Ravendor. A Kitsune Avatar of Might.
Rhazek defeated Mark Masaku. Markus was just no match. The battle even made it's way outside of the building where Masaku had Rhazek's sword at his throat. Mark threatened to detonate a series of bombs with a single trigger in his hand. These would supposedly kill millions of beings. Before Mark could finish the threat though, Petros destroyed the remote with a well aimed knife.

Rhazek transformed back into Rick and Ravendor. The prisoners were released from the sanitarium, but all fell into despair when they saw how hideous they had become from the torture. However, Petros returned to his former self, Pedro, and slowly healed each of them one by one to look like they did before they were deformed.
Rick was visited by an avatar about the last challenge to be met. However, Rick refused outright to fight anymore. For all he was concerned, that was the end of it. No more bloodshed. No more death. Just peace and quiet, living with his family, taking care of his tribe. He was done. And there was no changing his mind.
One year passed, and life was peaceful and happy in Rick's tribe. Chief Firelicker Kitchringra died, and Rick had taken over, renaming the tribe as the Foxx tribe, as was the custom. His son was showing promise with his ability to control organic plant matter, even though he was only 20 years old.
However, Rick was soon visited by an unexpected very very long past friend. A white rhinocerous named Tusk. Tusk was one of the trainers at the Dojo. Apparently, Tusk was able to escape the massacre and go into hiding. He had runes all over his body and carried a huge hammer. Tusk was one of the leaders at the dojo that was destroyed so many hundreds of years ago. Rick thought they had all died.
Rick denied having any part of it, and just wanted to live life in peace. He'd seen enough bloodshed and decided that evil was as much a part of life as was good, and the world would just have to accept that.
Tusk was saddened by this, but he wouldn't give up. He decided to stick around and watch from a distance to see what Rick would do after Bhale came and found him.
Later, Pedro fought with Rick. He seemed to be having trouble with a sort of darkness that was taking over his mind. He turned into Petros again and attacked Rick. Rick only defended himself trying not to harm Petros. Unfortunately, Petros got in a blow from one of his special blades that cuts to the soul as well as the flesh. Petros realized what he had done, and vanished into the forest never to return.
Rick was then visited by the avatar that had been guiding him through the dimensions and giving advice and so forth. As Rick lay there dying slowly, the avatar explained to him that he was Rick's father, and that the celestial council had an important task for Rick to do, and that was to destroy this great evil called Bhale. A being so powerful that the avatars couldn't harm him. A being that would eventually make its way to other worlds destroying them one by one if he wasn't stopped. Rick was the only one that could stop him.
Rick was then told that in order to heal him, his father would have to use all his soul energies to repair the damage... that would mean disappearing into the netherworld for his final rest... it would mean never getting to visit Rick again until Rick ascended himself. Rick was healed, and the avatar disappeared.

Soon, RIck was "visited" by an old enemy. A scout died by a poison shuriken bringing the information to Rick. Flames suddenly erupted surrounding the camp. Shurikens flew everywhere, killing various members of the tribe. Rick went into shock as members of his own tribe were murdered in front of him.
Bong, emerged from the flames and taunted Rick, showing him his old katana. Bong brought word of his "Master" coming to make a swift end to Rick, his tribe, and especially his family. Needless to say, Rick finished what he had started a long time ago, and killed Bong. In the process, a poison shuriken struck vixen. The poison had no antidote, and the only one that could heal her was Pedro. Unfortunately, Pedro was gone. Vixen died.
The tribe mourned their loss, and Rick sent them to the sanctuary "the Diliad" again. Tusk had to show up to say, "I told you so" and Rick told him to leave. As the tribe made its way to the sanctuary, Rick stayed behind to mourn... and to plan his attack. He decided he would meet with Ravendor so they could become Rhazek`Dul again.

Meanwhile, Bhale was getting more information on Rick, and apparently, an accomplice named Ravendor. When he heard what they could do together, he was knew what could happen if they met. Bhale set off to find Ravendor first.
Soon, Bhale found Ravendor and slaughtered him. Before he died, he sent a telepathic message to Rick to warn him of this new danger. Bhale disappeared again to look for Rick elsewhere.
Rick was enfuriated. Bhale was taking him apart from the inside out. He went to find Ravendor and took his sword, vowing to kill Bhale with the sword of his bond brother. He then went to interrogate Tusk about Bhale.

He learned that Bhale was a powerful wolverine that had made a pact with an evil avatar of chaos. Long ago, Rick's father killed Bhale in an epic battle to protect the foxx tribes from mindless massacre. However, the Avatar of Chaos was willing to bring Bhale back to life if only to let chaos rule. Not only did he do that, but Bhale was given an evil weapon. A huge sword that glowed an eerie green. This sword sliced through anything like tissue paper and SEALED the damage as if it had always been there. Like instantly making a scar. When it killed, it sucked the soul of the deceased to give Bhale energy. This sword was what kept Bhale alive, like a battery that constantly needed to be recharged. In essense, in order to survive, Bhale must slaughter other beings. And for every one he killed, he became slightly more powerful. Bhale vowed to seek vengeance on Rick's father, to torture and slaughter him, his family, and his tribe, mercilessly. Bhale found him, but the tribe was able to escape.
Bhale was the one who killed Rick's wolf pack family and destroyed the dojo those long years ago. Now, he has found Rick again to kill him. And after he has finished killing Rick, he will wreak havoc in this world killing for lust and power
Rick was of course, extremely angry, now. Bhale was the cause of all his pain and misery through life. The celestial buerocracy had been using Rick like a pawn on a chessboard, and Bhale was the target to checkmate.
Rick was determined to go find this guy and kill him, if not for revenge, then to save the world from a bitter future. Later, he would have a chat with the Gods about his treatment.

Rick didn't get a chance to leave. Bhale showed up for him. A short battle ensued in which Tusk was killed. Rick was powerless to stop him no matter what he did.
Bhale used his sword to drain the souls of his victims.
Rick was infuriated. He continued to attack Bhale, and an extremely long battle continued.
But, Bhale was too powerful. Rick needed Ravendor... he needed Rhazek`Dul.
Eventually, Bhale pinned Rick down and impaled Rick with the horrid giant blade. However, as Bhale struck, Rick suddenly grew his second tail that was long overdue. His ethereal sphere glowed, and Ravendor's sword did as well. Bhale was knocked backwords as Rick erupted into a beam of light and transformed into Rhazek`Dul. Bhale continued to attack, but in the end Bhale was impaled on his own giant blade stuck to a tree. But, Rick wasn't finished there. Bhale was too dangerous for merely death. Rick used a powerful ability that incinerated his body and his soul disappeared from existence. The large green sword shattered leaving only the hilt as a reminder of the evil that once was.

Rhazek`Dul reverted back to Rick. He knelt and mourned for his losses. Yes, he saved the world from ultimate destruction and tyranny, but what of him? Everything he had, almost everyone he loved was dead or disappeared. He still had Wesley, Nian, and Cheese.
Rick howled and cried out to some great diety to bring them back. He was willing to give up his powers yet again if only he could have his loved ones returned.
Rick was visited by Vixen and Ravendor. But, they could not stay. Vixen told Rick to be happy. Ravendor encouraged him to keep his chin up and to keep the sword. They disappeared to whatever was the next world, and Rick kept Ravendor's sword. Some day he would rejoin with them.
Nian appeared and Rick embraced him, weeping.

Rick's life continued, and the world lived in a time of peace and harmony. Wesley took Rick's son on as an apprentice. Rick eventually became the next Kitsune Avatar, and Guardian of Souls. He seemed to not age a day. Eventually, Pedro reappeared to apoligize. But he disappeared once again. Soon, the only friend left was Cheese.
On Rick's 1400th year of birth, he gained his 9th and final tail, giving him the strength and power granted to only the most powerful of avatars. Finally, he could continue his journey. He opened a portal, stroked cheese affectionately on the head who was laying on his shoulder, and stepped through the portal...
