I started writting poems when I was little, but didn't share them with anyone else till about the fifth grade. So now I'd like to share some of them with you...
I got the highest grade in my Jr. High's history for this one about the Odyssey:
Penelope's Word
'My dear Odysseus'
He had left me,
Left for battle against thy neighbor Troy,
I say I would and still will wait,
For I love him so.
Each night I watch my wooing suiters feast on all flesh in house and home,
Wait they do for my choice of new husband and King of Ithaca,
"When I finish my tapestry,
then I will choice and wait no more,
for I will say the worst...
'he is dead.'"
A lie I had told to by time for my love,
For I will not let anyone take his place on throne and in heart.
So I sit at the loom now,
Weaving little,
The undoing,
As if unsaticified.
My brown wavy hair back tight,
My sleeves rolled up over soft pale tan skin,
And eyes glowing,
Still dreaming of his return;
Heart pounding heart and blood rushing I am dreaming of that day,
That moment when eyes meet.
Gulls scream in the window I sit by,
The cold breeze blows salty air on my face,
Lips and tongue.
I know he will return to me,
I say I would and still and waiting,
For I love him so,
'My dear Odysseus.'
This is just a small saying I like to say when I want to remind people what we all are:
Sometimes
I sometimes see myself as a Demon scream ,
Sometimes as a Saint 3nodding ,
But most of the time I see myself as whats between the two,
heart HUMAN! heart
Have you ever hated seeing animals being abused, well heres something to think about:
Beast, Man, and Woman
'Kill the beast' said the man who did not care at all scream ,
'For it has no soul, no way of life, no meaning to this world.'
Little did the man know that the beast heard and planned;
It would not let man kill him, he would kill him first. domokun
So 'Kill the beast' said the man who did not care at all. stressed
But then when going to kill the beast domokun , the beast turned and kill the man xp , the rest ran if fear eek .
'So you may try to kill the beast' said the woman who cared for all 3nodding ;
'But he will always get man forever and all time.' domokun domokun heart
This one I dedicate to Tidus and Yuna:
heart Lover Eyes heart
Where are those eyes to look at me,
to melt away my heart.
Those eyes who see the 'true' me,
not the clumsy oaf you see.
Eyes to say 'I love you,'
to cry when I go.
Eyes to kiss when closed,
to open when born.
Eyes to make laugh,
to make hurt,
to make mine.
To see beauty at most,
even when blind.
Where are those eyes to call my own,
to look into at night.
Are there such eyes to make me feel so right?
Keep looking I will for such glorious eyes,
but such treasures,
such trust is hard to find.
Such are my Lover's Eyes.

Flower
Flower so fair,
noone can see,
how beautiful that flower be.
Stare, whisper, point, and moan,
as the flower walks by on her own.
Head held high,
