poem..

love is such a delicate thing
fragile as a butterfly's wing
tears of happiness
hope and sadness
one smile might make it
one word might break it
one tear
one kiss
and one promise might seal it...

erm the rhyming is sweet and the metaphors are very gentle and nice to hear. But can i ask where the rest of the poem techiques are? How can i annotate this?

try not to rhyme everything. This is just my opinion but i prefer annotating poetry with little rhyming. Also try using some onamatopeia (sorry cnt spell that) and make it longer by using a few stanza's also your stanzas dont have to be the same length unless your trying to portray a constant feeling or event.
