I tried to write a poem, but this is as far as I got. I might try to expand it further, but who knows if that'll actually happen. x}

Title

We hiked for years yesterday,
yearning to clench the sky
in our hands and pretend
we held a fistful of sapphires.

Ehh, I'm fine either way. Originally, I had wanted to emulate Felix's self-given prompt of writing outside my comfort zone/usual style. Unfortunately, I couldn't come up with a good topic. I still wanted to write something, so I just splurted this out. lol
