The Nightstalkers are a band of those few skilled warriors still around today who are willing to fight against the forces of evil that haunt and pollute the population. We have and will continue to always fight until all evil beings are erased from our society.

.x. Story

As long as the evil creatures have been polluting our world there has and will always be an opposing side. To every Yin there is a Yang and to every vampire there is a hunter. Knowing that the battle could not be won alone hunters banded together to work and kill together in order to wipe the world of these vile beings.

Centuries ago Kahn Silvonburg V's great-great-great-grandfather organized a group of highly skilled hunters, excelling in the extermination of the dark races. As years passed and the war between both races teetered back and forth the organization started by Kahn Silvonburg I was passed down to the eldest male son of the family.

These hunters were coined the name Nightstalkers based on the way they hunted. Considering most races of the dark forces were unable to lurk during the day The Nightstalkers would stalk their pray, or the evil creatures, at night when they were able to roam freely.

Today the guild is lead by Kahn Silvonburg V, one of the greatest vampire hunters around. However, throughout the years most members either left on their own personal missions or died off, this obviously hurt the Nightstalkers numbers and greatly diminished their grasp on the dark forces. Now, Silvonburg V is on a mission of his own; he has spread the word of the great Nightstalker hunters looking to recruit new members and destroy the growing forces of evil gathering in the world of Gaia.

.x. Description/Defenses

The church is of Gothic architecture, with high bell-towers topped with spires as well as an array of flying buttresses and stained glass windows. Reconstructed and refurbished the church is a magnificent sight of light and color. In the daytime beautiful rays of color streak inside the church through the windows complimenting the dozens of frescoes, paintings, and various statues scattered about.

The church is located upon a steep hill. At the bottom of this steep hill is a man made moat, the moat water is kept running by a water mill wheel which in turn grinds wheet and produces grain, the grain is used elsewhere. The building itself is surrounded by a white picket fence which lies on the edge of the hill. Beneath and all around this fence thickets of wild rose grow. Both the running water and the thicket of wild rose are used to ward off vampires, an age old secret known among the best of vampire hunters.

The outside of the church is quite the sight also, made of reinforced stone blocks the church stretches vertically for about ten stories. There are two entrances or exits, one in the front of the massive building and the other located in the back. Two enormous doors decorate the front of the building. The doors have been burnt with intricate designs symbolizing the power the church once had. Above these large, arch shaped doors, an immense circular stained glass window sits, also decorated to signify the power the church once had by revealing a story of war and purple clad soldiers. Along each side of the church six windows stretch congruent to each other, all decorated with the patron gods. A small garden is left unattended to in the back of the church, a single door rarely used can take you to this small desolate garden.

Inside the church you can find a number of different palatial decors ranging from paintings on the wall to the beautiful red velvet carpet spliting the pews down the middle. The church as a whole is bascially seperated into two different rooms, one room located out back where a small kitchen, bathroom and guest bed have been set up as well as a secret entrance to the basement. The other room is obviously the chapel where sermons and other religious festivites used to be held, now this room is utilized as one big exhibit of amazing art. These two rooms are rarely used, but if the time had come they would serve well for any occasion.

Behind a secret entrance a dark, steep stairway leads to a basement located deep beneath the church. The basement was once used to hold dark rituals, but now, it has been modernized and reinvented. Every room is well kept, clean and Kahn made specific instructions to keep every room illuminated with a bright, white light. Tossed about in the reception office are the pieces of grain made in the water mill above ground. These grain are used as a defensive tactic, long over the years Kahn has found that every vampire has the disorder to count every piece of grain or salt placed before them.

Once exiting the small recpetion area, which holds know receptional purpose, you will be taken to a slender hallway. Five doors line both sides of the hallway. The five on the left side are all rooms where members can sleep, the five on the right are the bathroom, kitchen, meeting room, armory, and library. Each room is supplied with sufficient materials and filled with the appropriate furniture.

We are not gods and niether are you. When role-paying here it is expected that everyone can be hit, can be defeated, and most importantly, can be killed. Those who power-play, or use any other form of gods modding will be sent directly to the Blacklist.

Not knowing the difference between OOC and IC really annoys me, and ignoring the first post doesn't endear you to me either. Please, when posting, make sure that the content of your In Character information is kept seperate from your Out of Character information.

Located in the basement is the Nigthstalker armory. Stocked with next-gen weapons as well as the old fashion, get the job done, type of weapons.

A crossbow which fires either wooden dolts or silver bolts, both of which are hand crafted to perfect to deal as much damage as possible.

Hand crafted stakes used to pierce the hearts of vampires. Efficient, quick, and eay.

The Holy Cross is a symbol of Christ that holds all agents of Satan subject to its power. The power of the symbol is derived from the faith of the wielder and if they truly believe it to represent the power of Light and Goodness, their very belief will manifest itself in a force sufficient to drive away the undead.

Kahn sat in his private quarters reviewing the most recent addition of his monster manual. The new findings frightened him; the amount of evil creatures has nearly doubled since the last addition was released and as they doubled the amount of creatures lawfully alligned diminished. He sighed as this reminded him of how lonely the forgotten church was. Hadn't had a follower in years and by the way things have been going lately, Kahn didn't expect any new visitors. He closed the book and stood from where he sat. He turned and walked slowly out of his room, he was hungry, and he need to take his formula.

Kahn had reached the ground level of the church rather quickly. He found himself in the back room of the ground level of the church browsing through the refrigerator. He wasn't particularly hungry for food, though he did indulge himself very rarely; he was in need of his formula. He crouched down and opened a sliding draw where vegetables would normally be stored. Instead, this drawer was filled with about forty vials of a dark purple substance. Kahn reached in and gently took one of he vials out. He closed the fridge and turned around, holding the vial up to the sunlight that was seeping in through the windows. He gave the vial a shake, but the thick substance barely moved. In a dull whisper he spoke then smiled,

"Just right."

Lifting the specially locked cork from the container he held his head back and began to drink the thick substance inside the vial. It slowly slid down the glass and into his mouth, it wasn't the best tasting thing in the world, but it kept him from creating mischief and that was all that mattered. If only such formulas would work on his foes. He shook the though out of his head and laughed. Speaking to himself again,

"Then I'd be out of a job."

Taking the vial to a container marked "Glass". Opening the lid he gently deposited the vial. The alarming sound of shattering glass echoed throughout the small container. Kahn then turned about and yawned, what shall he do today?
