(aww. but wouldn't it be funny to watch my group spend like five posts trying to figure out just why the hell their s**t died? xd

and this presents a problem: as Seafoam has no legitimate excuse to go into an area without armed military escorts and/or a vehicle or two.

another question: does this also apply to the non-offensive gear a soldier might be wearing? ie, the flak/Kevlar vest/helmet that soldiers do tend to wear?

-might be able to get away with [read: fit into the League Wars timeline] playing a pre-end of League Wars group of Rebel trainers...-

EDIT: oh wait, there are six years of dead time between the end of the Dark Wars and the start of the League Wars. there, problem of legitimacy solved. and with the exception of Seafoam during those down years, the world's tech level was mideval at best. swords, bows. not even any guns. xd /rambling)

in any case, almost every Seafoam character gets along just fine with a martial/melee weapon. the problem lies in

A. making them aware of this mess

B. avoiding conflicts in the pre-established timeline

C. giving them ample incentive to come in sans massive army and naval backup. xd )

((I assure you., once I launch the first Elite Quest you will need at least 10 normal people (Not counting NPCs in that) in order to even make it a forth of the way through. Right now the first Elite Quest (80 - 100 difficulty) is taking on the Angels of the Occult, which is a legion of Psionic Users, Battle Mages, Priest's, Summoners, and Polymorphers in -very- close corners combat. Teamwork will be an essential part of it.

And all layouts will be rotating, as inthis one will show up again at one point, etc. Everytime they show up once more, they become harder.))

*Devil takes out a cigarette and lights it with a lighter that has a red cross on there, it was made of silver. Devil puts out a hand infront of the cigarette, blocking the wind, and the other hand lighting the cig. He smokes the cig and puts the lighter back in his pocket. Walking through the forest he smokes his cigarette to keep himself calm. He than sees a dirt path so he follows it.*

As he walked down the dirt path, hustling is about him in the grass as a light is faintly shining ahead. The air temperature suddenly drops as if a major blizzard was blowing in from the north. From behind, veils of mist start to come out of the ground, the trees, the rocks, etc, haningin the air lifeless and soundless

*Devil looks around to try and find out whats going on. He sees his cigarette is burnt out and flicks the butt making it shoot away. Devil looks at the mist and stands still putting his hands in his pocket he closes his eyes and starts to try and feel any presence of people.*

The feeling is crushing around him, as if he had wondered into a hottub full of lost, forgotten human souls. The mist continues to linger, now starting to move slightly on its own.

[Off to the Side of the Trail, away from others]

From a poorly buried grave, a hand shoots up through the dirt, as it starts to claw at the ground around it. Frantic at times, the hand grabs a root and starts to pull up.

*Devil looking at the mist he follows it trying to find where its going.*

He does not move at all really, as it sits in one place spinning

From the light ahead, the moving of living items, and now the intrusion of the energies, the forest was starting to wake up with rustling, small giggles and purrs, clanking of metal and feet on the hard dirt floor.

The hand finally pulls itself out of the gravce, dragging a body with it as it starts to head in the direction of Hellspawn.

*Devil looks around not feeling a good presence at all. He brings out a kunai and readies himself. He was worried because he didn't know what was out there.*

<In Combat>

From the left, a quick sound of rustling produces a set of five 7-inch long needles, as they propel through the air toward's Hell's left arm. The almost complete darkness, as well as not being able to see the sids of the trail from the tree's overhang eliminating any form of glare on the needles.
