On March 16th, 2011, North Korea, in defiance of South Korea and their allies succesfully completed their global positioning satellite program. With N. Korea's establishment of long range missle capabilities it was only a matter of time before a catastrophic nuclear war would ensue. The world sat nervously for three years enduring what seemed to be the worlds second cold war. Nothing would ever be the same.
