Welcome to Gaia! ::

Except Cahuella wasn't running, he was moving very, very slowly, one leg in front of the other, but ready to spring, like he had the tension of a steel cable in his whole body.

The fire he would likely see (unless it was some form of magical fire) due to his eyes having an almost obscene level of how quickly they could see things, for the most part brush over his armor, but to be safe he sent a few neural commands and the barrels to all his weapons simultaneously closed maybe half a second later.

Then he realized something. If his opponent was using fire, it would probably be with the use of oxygen...

Taking this into consideration, he opened the barrels to his fusion cannon, plasma rifle, and burst cannon, and simultaneously began to fire at Arik with them all, which would be very hard to dodge, as they moved very, very quick.
The flames that Arik formed in the atmosphere generated temperatures a little over 5,000 degrees celsius. He was a bit surprised to how easily his opponent moved through them as they brushed ovver his body seeming as if they've done nothing, but a small fraction of damage. However, going through multiple waves of fire would surely imply more damage to his armor then just a single wave of flame.

Behind the body of Arik's appeared to be four small red orbs floating around with grace. The small spheres illuminated brightly before they began to spin rapidly. These orbs produced intense levels of heat and their temperatures sky rocketed and heightened, greater than the waves of flame earlier. The red spheriods were not made from fire nor was flame a content within it. The orbs were constructed directly from compacted heat and a small input of darkness to help form the round circular shape and make it a solid. As the orbs spun, they generated more and more heat. At this time, if any of these orbs were to pierce Arik's opponent, they would easily sear straight through his armor with ease.

Two of the orbs had stopped spinning instantly while the others continued to do so. The orbs that had stopped spinning had then shot down towards the ground. They burned instantly through it below Arik, discintagrating dirt particles and everything else they approached. After digging down, the spheres changed their direction towards the man. Of course, he wouldn't know that because there was no sign of what was going on behind Arik.

Still spinning, the other two orbs dispersed towaards its target in two different directions. The orbs shot out in a slanting direction. They would indeed, cross over each other and when that happens, their course would be changed again. The orbs pierced outwards swiftly. It seemed as in a instantm they would have already crossed eachother and as if the whole world blinked at once, the ywo orbs were already trailing behind its designated target. During this, the orbs that shot under ground were still unseen. All of that would happen before the man fired his weapon.

The flame that floated atop of Arik's palm was still centered in place. When his opponent fired all of his weapons at Ariuk, he swiftly pushed oof his right foot to run sideways away from the oncoming bullets. His form shimmered and left several reflecting images of Arik as he ran sideways kind of like a sudden blur due to his intensive speed. Watching the bullets fly off in the direction where he appeared, Arik came to a sudden stop that ended in a sideways skid, The ember that had floated above his hand had now been placed back into it, held tightly in his grasp.
Except none of Cahuella's weapons fired anything solid, except for the missle launchers. He would indeed know there was something happening behind Arik because of his helmet's sensor array, which melded infrared and x-ray among other things, and he would burst upwards into the air, while calculating a few things and also using a string of neural commands to activate the nanites in his armor, fixing the microline damages that had been done to the fullerene, which could easily be exploited as a weakness, and a less stable but still almost obscenely resilient layer of aggregated diamond nanorods was quickly being synthesized by the nanites, which were now done with the repairs.

Meanwhile, he would keep firing on Arik, never ceasing with about the same speed he was moving at, and moved forward in the air as the sensors detected the balls beneath the ground, and Cahuella moved forward quickly, enough to be almost like he teleported to eyes that had human sight ratios, and seeing as how he stopped, the barrage of plasma would likely... well, hit him, probably instantly desintegrating him.
Arik smiled evily at his opponent while he continued to do exactly what Arik planned he would. Just by the looks of the man's weapons and armored equipment, Arik knew the man had some type of advanced technology. It was completely obvious. From the loud voice speakers to the Plasma rifle, Arik knew his opponent's technology was indeed, far more advanced than his. The whole forming orbs thing behind his back was to allow his opp to visualize what action was taking place. Arik was aware that if he fired his red orbs from under the ground, his opponent would jump and hover into the air. Already predetermining what was likely to happen next, Arik prepared himself.

If the speed at which Cahuella flew at was thought to be swift, in Arik's eyes, the speed to him was considerably slow, but that was because his eyes processed moving images at a much slower rate than the normal human eye. Therefor, he would kind of see everything in a slow motion-like movement. Arik however, was not human so his eyesight was heightened greatly as well as his other senses. Just when Cahuella lept into the air, the orbs that trailed behind him sprung off in the same direction. The two red orbs conintinued to follow its target gaining in both, speed and distance. They should most likely hit Cahuella, stating that they closened in on him while he shot several rounds of plasma down at Arik.

Still holding the gaint flaming ember in his hand, Arik would forcefully push off his right foot and jummp into the air right before the plasma struck him. His body blurred out from pure speed again and appeared instantly in the air. The pressure from his push off created a large crater beneath his body. The shimmering form of Arik instantly reappearing should cause slight nausea to his opponent due to the sudden speed, causing him to feel dizzy. Arik then leaned his body in slightly towards his opponent and threw the flaming ember directly ttowards his opp. after he reached the heighest point of his jump. The two attacks raced towards Caheulla at once swiftly. It would be hard for his opp. to dodge the attacks because of the dizzyness effect he should feel after Arik reappeared to the human eye.
The standard speed Cahuella enjoyed moving at was usually between mach 5 or 24, which would usually make it quite literally impossible for most people to keep track of unless they were some form of robot, like the computers which could see quicker than the speed of light.

He would keep his bead, for he was also not human; the precision of speed and sheer quickness of the Eldar was described as wrong by even superhuman Space Marines, who Eldar could move several magnitudes quicker than.

There was something else special about Axyrus Cahuella, though, that made him much different than other Dark Eldar. He was a Pariah. The collar around his neck was struggling and straining to keep the force of his anti-psychic passive aura from seeping like a dark shroud over the area, but when he wanted to, he could turn it off. He was also always aware of the orbs, figuring them in his calculations, the giant flame also was in there somewhere; rocketing up to mach 24 to reach about 1000 feet in about a second and basically INCREASING his jump, he ceased fire on Arik as soon as he began to soar, and then let loose with just his burst cannon on the orbs; the barrage of plasma would probably hit at least one of them (even though it was grossly accurate and Cahuella was an incredible markseldar) and presumably make the other explode.

From this vantage point, he would also probably be able to fire down on Arik at will. Maybe coding his weapons up to fire at the speed of light would help him quite simply snipe the mildly entertaining opponent.

If he had even witnessed the supposed quick movements of Arik, he would indeed not be nautious. At all. Superficially, the Eldar appear very similar to humans, though they are generally taller, lithe of limb, and fit, with sharp features and pointed ears. Eldar reflexes and movement are generally far superior to that of humans, their senses are sharper and they are more perceptive. While visually similar at a distance, it has been suggested that the most striking topical difference between Humans and Eldar can be seen when the Eldar move, exhibiting an extremely graceful and intentional manner that is not exhibited in humans.

An Eldar body contains no fat and their muscle fibers are dense and springy to support their agility and grace, along with bones that are lighter than human bones (and without marrow). Eldar reproduction is speculated to be progressive, so that the gamete delivery would occur in stages, with the need to add more genetic material at regular intervals. An Eldar heart is known to beat twice as fast as a human's and the Eldar brain has an extreme density of cerebral matter with sorts of ganglia and the teeth are outgrowths of the skull, unlike human teeth which are separate from the skull fundamentally. An Eldar has extremely advanced reaction skills compared to a human, their movements and reactions are almost too fast for human eyes to follow. An Eldar mind is said to process problems, emotions, and feeling in split seconds, much faster than a normal human.

The Eldar are long-lived by human standards, and most will live hundreds or even thousands of years unless they are otherwise killed.

Or in other words, they were far superior to humans and probably daemons and/or angels.

[[Okay then, I'll add ye to the list. Just show up and I'll have Shader meet ya at the door.]]
[sounds fine. need another filler arc?}

The compounds of the ground and the iron would begin to materialize near the front main entrance. Hardening and compressing together, having been combined with a being's blood vapor and several various bodily molecules and bound by magic. A being would arise from this sand with a feint aura swirling around it. Several various color orbs also came from the ground, surrounding the being that appeared to be female...since the being had breasts of course. A black hued orb, a dark one, and the prime color of red, yellow, and blue hovered in various places in the air around her. The being took several steps from the ground to break away the excess dirt. Taking the sunlight around her and shining it through the orbs, the light reflected through them and begin to fill in color into the young elemental. As potrayed in the narrator's signature, the woman wore a black and greyish fighting Gi. Large asian prayer beads around her neck, had very dark toned skin, blood red eyes, and slightly spikey and upwards rising red hair that head been put into a small tail at the tip. She was barefoot and had somewhat of a muscular physique but still kept her womanly figure. Once the being finished forming from the molecules of the earth itself and several iron ones of the building she would begin walking at a slow pace, getting balanced. The five orbs represented her different elements as well as her different forms.

"Hora......"

She spoke in her second language as the small colored orbs centered around her chest, before fusing with the rest of her body, light steam coming from her as her body then vacuumed in her dark aura. She paced to the door and then stopped. Sighing lightly to herself she raised her hand up and knocked lightly onto it...well it was her version of light although it was a slight bang that left a slightly large dent in the door.

[[I'm thinking only one filler arc can happen at one time ><]]

"It's opened! Geez, what's with the knocking," an annoyed voice shouted as it seemingly got closer to the door.

This was Shader, the resident lazy jackass in this weird structure known as the Joker Syndicate's HQ. He walked down the hall on the left, scratching his head with his right hand, the messy black hair moving only slightly as he did so, the thick strands of hair almost matted together from sleeping on it for so damned long. He grew closer to the door, and yawning, bringing his left hand to cover his mouth as he did so. You know, manners and all. He took in a deep breath once done, lowering both of his hands, and then stopping dead center in the room, waiting for whoever had just pounded on the door to actually come in. He wanted to get this over with so he could just go back to sleep.
Her ears giving a soft twitch, feeling a feint vibration from inside as well as a vocal vibrations, translating this vibrations into sounds in her ear as she was told that the door was opened. It was polite to knock, although in her case she didn't know that leaving the doors open was normal, it just made it that much easier for attackers and rival guilds to just walk right on if they get through the defenses. She noticed the dent she made in the door although her stolid somewhat dark expression didn't change at all.

"....Maybe I should use less power....."

She told herself, as she only used and pointed out her index finger, pushing the door open with it. She stepped in and looked around, not seeing anyone although she tried to pinpoint where the poice came from and the vibrations of a solid stepping onto the ground. Her dark red hues darting back and forth in slight curiousity. Blinking several times.

"Yo....."

She said to no one in particular.
