Poor child; Drake was an old monk who had seen this before; all including the cockiness, and knew what to expect to come of it. It was almost like clockwork for the monk who literally stood still until the last moment. The right hand would meet Drake's left palm and be consumed in his grasp without any kind of trouble.
So now the monk was holding his opponent's right hand which if it jerked away could easily be released; however this monk knew better than to assume too much and instead decided to be a little more "generous" with his manuvuer. After grabbing the right hand he twisted it suddenly to force his opponent to twist with it; if sucessful he'd then yank down towards the earth and watch his opponent fall. For optimal results he twisted the hand / wrist of the opponent to Drake's left since it was his left hand which had caught it.
Other then that his right hand sat still; tense, but still.
