You missed the point. After Star got disqualified the first time, he left Gaia. He doesn't have to check in with the judges anymore because at that point the match was over. While he was offline, he got undisqualified [match resumed] and arrived back to Gaia too late. That's why I vouched for a mistrial. It's unfair he was forced to abide by a death timer from a match that was closed, then reopened while he was offline.

EDIT: There is the possibility that Tiko posted before he left, yet Nihlus never saw it. If Nihlus stayed at his Sister's house for two days like he said, then a day would've passed and he could've posted, but he didn't.
