It had been fifteen years since the project’s termination. Or so it was thought by the public. Unknown to the government and the general public the Talon project was very much alive and thriving. Due to the large investments by generous benefactors it was kept alive and its work continued. For some, the thought of the perfect superhuman soldiers was just too much to pass up
