The vampire laughed at the attempt that Rafael made. "Height and muscle of a wolf form doesn't do much to intimidate me. It is quite sad to see you see me as that much of a threat to go into a useless form like that....Oh well...I guess I may as well draw blades with you to see if you really are strong enough to protect Lady Juliana..." He grinned as a sheathe appeared at his waist. He pulled out a blade that looked to be a shadow in the air. But if you looked for too long, you'd already be dead before you truly saw it.

He vanished into the air and appeared in front of Rafael. "Too slow young one....You may end up dead faster than you expected." He swung his blade, making sure that Rafael dodged it. There was a power difference between them. It was shown quite easily from the first move. Kuren had trained with Lord Sai and the Dragons for quite some time. He knew his skills and learned new ones from the Dragon master himself. He was quite a match for anyone now.

Mizu grinned as the two of them ran to the battle, he was expecting to get to fight a lot longer then they had already but almost the second they got into the fight it ended ad Mizu sighed as he dispelled the elemental spirit he had summoned. 'What a waste of my life force...' he thought to himself as he looked over at Azusa who seemed just as disappointed as he was. "Yeah i know what you mean, i was hoping for a bit more of a grand battle." he said as a joke chuckling lightly. "But on the plus side no more people get hurt." he added as he sheathed his blade, looking back at her again. "Come on, we should go make sure there are no more injured people around." he said to the girl as he started walking about trying to find any injured among the dead.

Mahtan was kneeling on the ground, exausted from fighting so much. He saw that a demon was about to kill him when they suddenly disappeared from the fight and he grinned. "So the kings plan was foiled eh?" he said to himself as he allowed his dragon slayer gear to vanish. He was happy to have the weight lifted off his shoulders again and he sighed, sitting on the ground. He saw Mizu and Azusa return to the battle just as it ended so he knew that they were alright, and apart from that he was not worried about anyone else so he allowed himself the time to rest.

Colette had dispelled her barrier once the battle had ended as soon as it had started. She sighed. It was good and well that there were only minor injuries. Sure, buildings here and there most likely got damaged, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Still, she did see some of the lower ranked rebels having been knocked out or injured. She sighed. Raising her hands, the light shone and many of the rebels that were laying on the floor near her were now being lifted up by light-based platforms. With a wave of her hands, the platforms all began to move towards Colette. Once they had been assembled all nicely, she began to take a look at their injuries. None of them seemed like they were in critical state, so it should be easy enough to heal all of them. Though...she did notice that her spell hadn't lifted some of the people that were still laying on the ground. At least there was an easy way to tell whom was still alive...

Rafael didn't dodge the attack, instead he blocked it with his sword. "On the contrary, I find it much easier to maneuver in this form." A smile formed on his muzzle as he pushed the vampire back and held the sword at the ready. By now it seemed more like some kind of test, surely this vampire was simply toying with him, trying to see if this castle was guarded well enough. His only questions were why, and who was this mysterious vampire? At the moment, he had to focus on the battle and remember his training, if he lost focus then surely he would lose if not die. Whether he simply lost or died, he'd still be a disgrace to his kingdom and be unable to show his face amongst his family ever again. Focusing on his training, Rafael waited for the vampire to make his move, remembering to let the enemy go first and to let them tire. Only to attack when necessary, needed, to make the plan of tiring them out not become obvious, and also to help speed up the tiring process.

Kuren scoffed. He knows I'm testing him...Now it's time to see if he thinks that after these next attacks.... He was going to get serious now. He closed his eyes and said a few words. Once he opened his eyes again, it was a shade of red. His aura spilled outwards. A very strong, vamperic aura. Lord Sai had taught him how to use his powers, and since he had recently fed, he was at his strongest. Kuren disappeared and ran his blade straight towards Rafael's. He struck with so much strength, it made Rafael stagger back. "No more teasing...Now we get serious...." He said with a growl to his voice. He slashed at his blade a few more times, then he switched his blade to his right hand, being currently in his left, and slashed downwards making a gash appear in his arm and side.

He stepped back and noticed a slash under his forearm. "Nice hit wolf...But I doubt that blood lose you have right now is any feat to get over..." He switched the blade back to his left hand and stood in a defensive position. He mumbled a few words and his blade shined with a blacker tint. He needed to make sure this kid could be useful in the later years.

Rafael acknowledged the fact that this vampire was deffinitely skilled, probably trained with a master. He soon found he might not be able to defend against such an opponent, but he couldn't stop or quit, he had to keep going if it meant protecting his queen...his aunt..his siter..his family. "That may be true, but at least I have something worth dying for." His yellow eyes gleamed as he did the attack this time, a sword swipe to the side, but it was meerly a distraction from the true attack. A low and cheap knee to the groin, it was a dirty move but there was little time for honor when the ones at stake where the very people you held most dear. "A name at least, either so I know the man who kills me, or so I might know what I should very well have to place on your tombstone. Well, if I decide to kill you of course."

Natasha was about to speak but Dante had vanished before she got the chance "What did he mean by that I wonder? Has he given up? Well. That's no fun." She sighed placing her hand on her head. "Anyways Sai. What was going on here. I missed most of it. I had things to take care of in London. I'm also terribly sorry about disappearing on you after you saw me with Azusa I had to attend to those things back in London. Forgive me?" She smiled a little and gave him the puppy dog eyes. "Well?"
