This story starts simply as many stories do. It starts in a city. This one happened to be named Kyuuten. A bustling young city near the coasts of Japan. It wasn't the largest of cities and it wasn't the smallest, but it did, surprisingly contain a large amount of Yakuza families. Our story focuses on four of them. The Tenpi Family, the Hisakata Family, and the Daichi Family. Now the Tenpi have been top dog within Kyuuten since near the city's birth. They had reigned supreme and nearly monopolized all business done within Kyuuten until the arrival of the Hisakata. And to no surprise, a great rivalry has been driven between these two families. They fought over everything, dragging smaller families into alliances and pushing territorial boundaries continuously. It was in the last decade that the Bosses of each family decided upon a more suitable way to deal with these squabbles, one that resulted in less damage to their city and its inhabitants.
Thus the Docks became the center of their fighting grounds. There, each side would put forth an agreement and the fights would being. Now that the stage is set, we can bring in the true nature of our stories conflict. The Daichi Familiy. Though relatively small, they were powerful in their own right and had been steadily gaining strength and standing against the Tenpi and Hisakata. It became unfortunate when each boss was soon disposed of through a tale of unfortunate, and clearly purposeful events. It was then that the gangs became aware that they were being targeted by something, or someone maniacal. Ever since then it seems the fights have become a lot more underhanded and dishonorable...
It was a while ago that the gangs began their search for new bosses, each of them finding an easy way out and either promoting their second in command to boss or thankfully placing the boss' original blood heir into the whole mix. Everything seemed fine once the new bosses were at hand, and each gang felt victorious and as if they had the upper hand on whatever was the cause of the boss's deaths. But little did they know that their actions were already contemplated in the beginning. It only took a few weeks or so for the next hit to come, this time, instead of the bosses being killed again, a large money factoring company held by the Tenpi Family was set in flames, along with some of their smaller agencies. The family was clearly outraged and instantly saw this as an attack by one of the other families and reverted with an attack on both Diachi and Hisakata families. This, started the revolutionary war.
It was around this time that a new hotspot opened in Kyuuten, brought up by a young man who simply 'loves restaurants and women'. At first everyone assumed the place was just some normal ol' strip club to add on with the dozen others in Kyuuten, but after a bit of surveying, tasting the food, smelling the fresh brewed coffee mixed with female pheromones, the whole city knew that this was no normal place. This was the place. Thus, Dancing Tastebuds was founded! Once the mafias heard about it they all clearly wanting to take a look, wanting to figure out what was so special about this place that was making them loose money. They all initially came in order to ruin it, but after being greeted by heavenly smells and a half naked woman with a fantastic cup of coffee, it was not long until DTB was beloved even by the gangs. This place only seemed to start more tensions as each gang tries their damndest to claim it for themselves.
The battle between these gangs is only growing, it seems members from all the families are vanishing or being killed. The gangs are up against one another and yet they all seem to have small suspicions that it is not the other rivals doing this. But who else can they possibly blame? One of their own? Two? Or maybe... many of their own.
Perhaps they are being betrayed by their own, purposely tossed around and fooled by those assumed to be loyalties. And maybe, those loyalties are actually loyal to another... Someone who is truly cynical and behind the beginning of this outraging feud...
The city of Kyuuten, known for it's diverse and interesting ways of entertainment and of course it's Mafias, and yet, it is actually quite a fun city to be around... so long as your not mixed with the wrong crowd.
There are three parts of Kyuuten, broken up by the groups that own them, and they all meet at a single point, a single building settled neatly at those cross roads, Dancing Tastebuds, the best damn place for a cup of coffee and lovely bit of a** in your face. Each broken area has one specific building or hideout which they, well, hide out in. It's like their Headquarters and such, where they plan and discuss and more, some members may sleep there or probably have their own home in that territory, because, well you'd be stupid to be a Diachi with a cute little home in Tenpi territory, right?
Now, when it comes to Dancing Tastebuds, Ace, the owner, enjoys keeping a 'family' like relationship with his dancers, so, he houses them as well... right on top of dancing tastebuds. It may seem a little controlling at first, but it's a pretty sweet deal once you realize your in the best position of Kyuuten, with the city to your left,t he marketplace and primary shopping district to your right, and a place to go buy all the illegal sex, drugs, and weapons you desire right across from you! Plus, the housing is not shabby at all. You see, Ace takes care of his people... so long as they stay his people.

DANCING TASTEBUDS
The most sought out spot of Kyuuten. It is desired by every group to control, yet also a very trongly allied spot by them all. Danccing Tastebuds is a lively mix between a delicious cafe and exotic dancer spot in the morning, and at night, a A listed strip club and bar. It is owned by Ace, who seems to be a beloved idol of Kyuuten. He does not favor any of the groups, which is rare when it comes to a business, especially when they all want it. This place has been declared a place of peace, and mafia wide meetings in which all groups are invited and fighting of any sort is never allowed. It is desired by the groups for different reasons. Tenpi want it simply because it is a very successful business with high income, Diachi want it for it's influence on the public and the apartments Ace owns on top of the place, and Hisataka desire it because, well, the dancers, whom are all oddly loyal only to DTB but are some of the most sought out sexual attractions around, just think about how much dough you could get off a single bit of a**!
If a single group were to actually come to own this place, they would certainly have a nice bounce in power, money, and land.... if only the owner was an easy guy to peruse.

At first glance Ace is just a genuinly great host and fun fellow to be around, but there is a real face behind that which would make even the scariest of men shudder. He is a cold, heartless, and vengeful man. He only has one thing and one thing only on his mind, destroying all the mafias of Kyuuten. He will make Kyuuten his own town to own and lead to what he would assume is a better life.... with his stripper army. ❜

➲Evangelique Noir: Stripper/Thief! x x x x x x x x❛ Evangelique, stagename "Noir" taken from her last name, is our bright-eyed damsel in distress. Having practically fallen out of the script for "Taken," Evangelique was visiting Kyuuten for a few days when she was snatched up by some Mafia Family to be sold into sex slavery. Through a fortuitous turn of events, Ace found and freed the French girl; in exchange for the service he provided, she was to work at Dancing Tastebuds until she was willing and able to find a way home. That was some time ago, and for whatever reason Evangelique just "hasn't gotten around" to leaving, remaining in the employee of Ace and DTB. While she didn't have many problems adapting to her new employer and occupation, the thing she does seem to struggle with is the language; there is a very noticeable language barrier she has with the rest Kyuuten, her first and only language being French, but she's slowly picking up words, and it's at least a little amusing to watch her fumble about to speak in the local jargon. But don't let that accent and big doe eyes fool you-- There's a bit of an evil streak to this little French girl. ❜

➲Bo Aduro: Bouncer! x x x x x x x x❛ Bo tends to have an attitude that makes it seem like he'd rather be somewhere else. And in all honesty that might be true. He just lives his life from one day to the next, not really caring too much about the future. He tends to seem very mellow, that is until you start making trouble for him. He has a low tolerance for stupid, and will be the first to put a foot in your a** if you start making things difficult. Born and raised in Kyuuten Bo grew up with a below average life. His father was a no show before he was even born. Growing up poor with a just his mother he had a hard life, but his mom always worked hard to put food on the table. Around his teens he became somewhat of a punk, choosing to roam the streets with a lesser known gang. It was mostly just him and friends, but they would raise some real hell around their area. He put his mother through hell in those days. Unfortunately he would never get to apologize to her. One day his little gang started a fight with the wrong people, and they apparently weren't ones to just let things slide. It was just him and his mother sitting in the kitchen when bullets started to fly through the window. Bo was only clipped in his right arm, but his mother took a bullet to the head. After that he swore he was done with gangs. For the next while Bo lived his life in depression until his old friends helped pull him out and get his life back together. Years later in need of another job he heard of a little place that was soon to open called Dancing Tastebuds. He thought the name was odd, but beggars can't be choosers. After applying he was hired on as a bouncer, to make sure no one got any funny ideas in the club. ❜

TENPI
The Tenpi group is the oldest, the richest, and the pickiest group. They are very... rulsey when it comes to all this gang business, which is why they were so infuriated when they were attacked without a word by one of the other groups. This group is made up of princes and princesses, eating off of silver spoons and finding joy in pretending to rule the world. They are bored with their lives, therefore, they join the Tenpi gang. They own most businesses around and most of the money as well. These guys are known for a certain type of power, the kind big bucks get you. They control banks and many laws, but that doesnt mean people ever really follow them. They also control quite a bit of media and the police of Kyuuten. But, that does not really do much when most of the police officers of Kyuuten are so drugged up on Hisataka drugs or busy scavaging for money to pay off Diachi loan sharks that they dont even bother with persuing the law anymore.

DIACHI
The Diachi group, while relatively knew, was brought up by a few gamblers and loan sharks who were tired of the big businesses owned by Tenpi messing with their own businesses. They quickly grew when binding together, placing the middle classed people of Kyuuten on a totally different tax level, controlled by the loan sharks. They own the markets and most simple shops along with housing, pretty much any land lord is either bought off by them or about to be. They are known for holding large gambling games in secret places, no-s**t-taking loan sharks, and their masses of weapons shipped form all around the world. This gang is filled with actually pretty normal people, people who fancy themselves vigilantes but are really just bullies, wanting only the bets for themselves.

She made too many enemies to control, and it slapped her ten folds. Nana was attacked, beaten, sexually abused, and both mentally and physically scarred for life. She kept a low profile for a long time until the Diachi group came along, insisting they could help her, they helped her and her father rebuild the shop, and since then she has been in debt to them. So far things are going... okay, but with her fear of men and insecurities there is also some kind of paranoia knocking at her door. ❜

He started out as a small loan dealer, but without a group backing him up it was hard for people to take him seriously and it was hard for him to get people to pay him back. He wasn't about to humiliate himself and ask a gang to help him solve his issues, that would be a mistake in itself anyways. Instead he took matters into his own hands, quite literally. He roughed up his clients, sometimes more than necessary, and many times over he ended up being the one getting roughed up as well, but he didn't let that stop him. That was until he got in a scuff with the wrong people on their turf. That right, the Daichi. The leader at the time gave him two simple options. The first was to join their ranks and forever be in their servitude, lets face it Kuujo's name did start to get around with the way he handled things and the leader liked that kind of spirit. The second was that the Daichi could make him disappear forever. He took the more appealing option and there's not too much left for his story since then. ❜

HISAKATA
The Hisakata group is known for their expertise in explicating Sex and Drugs, they own the red district of Kyuuten, along with a few corrupted hospitals and the ghettos. This groups is made up of drug dealers and pimps and while they may not be the most well mannered group around, they are definitely frightening, actually, the most frightening group around, and also have the most control over the human population of Kyuuten. This group also squabbles in lesser crimes like burglary and providing hitmen.

Nobu came from a very wealthy home, but after his first taste of the drug life he quickly fell into the gang life as well. At first it was just all fun and games, sniff a little here, sell a little there, but soon enough he was really hooked, and to his own crap! Soon enough he was so hooked he used his own stuff till he ran out, that's when he turned to the Hisataka clan. Nobu joined for the drugs, and while he honestly is not the cruelest person, in fact, he's actually pretty cordial, he does have a way with getting things done ... and managing the craziness of their boss, or at least trying. ❜

➲KEISUKE YAMATO: HISAKATA BOMBER! x x x x x x x x❛ Born in the slumbs, raised in the slumbs, will probably die in the slumbs. There isn't much to say about him from the age of eight and up. His story lies within before he turned eight. But that's something he won't talk about just yet. He was brought into the gang life following a childhood friend. He never truly got into the drug life, per say, but alcohol proved to be his biggest problem. They were an escape to hideous events he wanted to forget dearly, but before he could accomplish this feat, he was fully addicted to the toxic fluid. At first it begun with minor things, like selling weed. He would've never imagined himself following Nobu into something more dangerous than their small alley ways. A fan of science, he quickly grew fond of clashing elements and explosions. His knowledge of the periodic table definitely goes beyond that of what one would expect from an educated kid. Quick to set off a few explosions, he prefers to use them as pranks. His pranks often get him into more trouble than he'd liked. As an individual, one could easily classify Keisuke as a coward. Violent situations are not his forte and (unless he takes over), will most likely be the first to scurry to save his own skin. After all, life's a battle of survival and he's not willing to lose it. ❜

➲DEAK : HISAKATA ARMOURER! x x x x x x x x❛ Looky Looky, it's Deak!!! The Weapon master, weapon specialist, and Armourer of the group. His ability to repair, sabotage, reconstruct guns and heavy artillery is astonishing along with his dexterity for making weapons from his own surroundings. From MK40's to a missile launcher if you ask him nicely he will gladly create it for you. Deak is actually a clumsy man. He may have deadly accuracy when it comes to handling guns and such but he can barley walk on his own two feet sometimes. He does things with out thinking, he trusts the instinct within and never really explains his own motives. Heroin is the only way his mind can focus . When he is on it it's like he is a whole new man. He can think, run, devise, create, and destroy. His ability to make and shoot guns with accuracy become outstandingly heightened. His clumsiness would be discarded and his senses of focus would take over.This is when his performance is at his best. ❜

➲TOBY C. KENNEDY: HISAKATA MEMBER! x x x x x x x x❛ Not that Toby was ever really crazy, but he isn’t exactly the definition of well-adjusted or normal. That’s part of why he was swiftly dragged into the drug scene; going from cigarettes and the occasional joint he had smoked on the farm, to shooting big name narcotics like heroin or swallowing vicodin by the handful. He burned through his money fast enough, spending on the sins of the big city. It was more or less luck that got him pulled into some little nobody gang. It wasn’t really an option to say ‘no.’ But wouldn’t you know, these guys were nobodies for a reason. Not much of a plan charging into a big name bank, having him disable security systems left and right while they swung their guns around. Idiots. He wound up spending a few years of his life in jail for it; lowered time only because of the psychological analyzes of him in their defense, and his court-ordered lawyer suggested that they may have 'taken advantage of his dependency on authority figures and paranoia’ and early release due to good behavior. Five years later, he’s out at age twenty four, and he jumps right back into the gang race. Why? Because it’s all he’s good at, and this time he joined a stronger household name. Hisakata. Not to mention all the drugs he’s so hooked on. These days, he works security systems, and hacks to disable those of banks and rival gangs. He protects their turf by setting traps across entrances and such, or wherever the boss says really. He doubles as backup muscle when necessary, including some underground fighting rings for cash, part of which goes to the boss.
