The Mafia. They have large families and protect their own like they'll die without them. Recently two families have been going through quite a change. The Shaprio Family from Russia, and The Ocello Family from Italy. The Ocello Family had moved to America 7o years ago. They've been spreading like wildfire throughout the city. The family had gotten heavily involved with arms dealing and were highly respected. That's until The Shaprio Family popped up out of nowhere. The Russians began to flood the streets with drugs, slightly dabbling in the arms dealing business. The Ocellos did not like this, but they were wise. They didn't make any stupid moves.

The leaders of the families have both been called back to their homelands, where the main bulk of their mafia families were. Not that it was uncommon for the boss to head home every so often. While the fathers left, they put their oldest child in charge of the Albion City branch of their families in America. The Ocello child weren't going to just sit by though while the other family tried to take their turf. Unlike his father, this boy was an impulsive doer. The Ocello family quickly made a move. What did they do? They kidnapped The Sharprio boss's younger brother. With a family member kidnapped, The Sharprio Family refuses to idly stand by. With mere children in charge, all order has been broken and things changed to complete chaos.
