╔ Let the heart bleed and shatter╝

The angels surged forward through the air and swarmed through the air and into the trees. There, they rattled the branches and howled in delight. Their red eyes glittered as they watched the young woman's face screw up in fear. She quivered and pulled closer to her companion. Whimpering, she looked to him, "Oh dear, what was that sound?" The man looked down at her and merely shrugged and held her in his arms.

Twilight let a laugh rip through her throat that matched her sinister followers. "Oh watch how she clings to him! It's pathetic!" Her angels returned to her and joined in on the laughter. But after they had their fun, Twilight started to frown. Glancing up at the sky, she sniffed the air. Something was near by. Another precense tickled her mind. Looking to Desire, she gave a grave look; like one a wolf gives before they pounce on the prey. "My pretty pet, please invite our new guest to join us. Let him know I promise not to bite."

Bowing his head, the fallen angel took to the sky and landed in front of the man. Inclining his head again, he let his voice rumble out a greeting and replayed his mistresses invite. Looking up at him, his ruby eyes locked on his, he inquired politely, "What should I tell my Lady?"

ϿTwilight- Hell’s RogueϾ
Jorishin grinned at the angel's message and merely replied, "I'll speak to her myself, thank you. I think I'll be a far quicker and more accurate envoy for my own message." With those words, he raced towards the presence he knew all too well.

The blur was invisible in the gathering shadows, but it still disturbed the air as it flashed before the two girls conversing on the ground. The blur came to a halt a few meters away, and from that point a towering figure stepped out of the shadows. His body was thin, but muscled like a soldier's; his gait and his expression were self-assured--he was not lacking in confidence.

A millennium and a half had tempered Jorishin's movements and his manner with skill and experience; it was possible, even, that he had tread upon this very dirt hundreds of times in the past. He did not know for sure. Certainly, he did not care. All that mattered to him right now was that an old friend stood before him, along with another attractive and youthful woman--and it seemed that another guest would be joining them soon. Jorishin took his final step and found himself directly in front of Twilight, holding a posture that said, quite blatantly, that he wasn't the least bit afraid to be this close to her.

"I thought I could smell love in the air tonight. I knew you would be out and about to ruin it," he said in his smug, smooth tenor. He eyed the other girl briefly before continuing: "I can see that you've made yourself a friend--it's been a few centuries since you've managed that, hasn't it?" He chuckled and looked back toward the two frightened lovers. "So, how will tonight's couple meet their end before they part ways at Hell's Gates?"

╔ Let the heart bleed and shatter ╝

Once Twilight set eyes on her old friend she gave him as warm a smile she could manage for having no heart. Shrugging, pointing both pistols in the air she relaxed her own posture. Obviously, she wasn't afraid of him either. Both were killers and both were matched skill. Not to mention the other didn't gain anything from killing the other. They found the other very amusing.

"Oh I was merely going to come from the shadows and shoot the poor fool in the head; watching his blood splatter across her face. But now that your here, I was thinking that maybe we could tag team this couple. What I have in mind is that you grab the man and torture him until he begs for death. I, on the other hand, will deal with the woman. Sound like a plan?"

The refined man nodded his consent and replied, "Of course, Lady Twilight. And wise of you not to trust me with the woman." He then followed her, just as silently as her, towards the couple. Twilight was wrapped in the shadows and was one with the night. Once again the hellish woman was very aware of the cool air on her skin and the sound of the parks grass softly rustling in the small breeze. Such a night will be broken and shattered. Calamity will reign tonight.

Crouched behind the woman, waiting to spring like a lion on a gazel, Twilight let her light blue eyes trace Jorishin's every move. When the time was right, her friend grasped the man and held onto him tight, dragging him to his feet. The pathetic human woman let a shriek out and clasped a hand onto her mouth. Springing her curled legs, she fell upon the woman. Her long nails dug into her flesh and crimson blood trickled down her arms. Twilight pulled the woman onto her feet as well and drew her mouth close to the woman's ear. "Oh, your in for a treat tonight my lovely," hissed the twisted woman.

Whistling to the angels, she called for them to bring Jorishin a blade. The man would bleed tonight. "You ready my fair friend?"

Tempest moved from the street and into a tree to watch now not algels but other rogues. She grinned as she sat on the low hanging branch, kicking her legs as a child might when sitting on a bench. The branch was sturdy and made no movement when she did this so no sound alerted anyone to her presence.

She smirked watching the way they did things, it was different from how she handeled the pathetic creatures most of the time, but hey who was she to juge how others killed.

Lieselotte watched as a man appeared before her and the intresting woman, which for some reason Lieselotte didn't get her name. She looked at the man for a moment. She scanned his person, he seemed to be similar to woman she met but he seemed he lacked the woman's fiendish blood.

She soon turned back to the woman who spoke to the man before them. It seemed that they were going to work together to harm the couple. Lieselotte herself decided to watch sure she has seen plenty of death and may have been the cause for it but she wanted to see why this woman would kill them knowing that there end would soon enough. She eyed the woman as she pounced on the young man's lover. She looked to the man who appeared before them watching waiting to see what he will do. Will he too pounce on the man like an animal or would he simply walk up to him and torture him for them and the young mans lover too see.

╔ Let the fire consume your soul ╝

Her mistress was out for the moment. Twilight had decided not to take her this time around in favor of her other two followers. But this fact didn't bother her. Rage knew that Twilight didn't play favorites because she could really not love a being. It was merely random picking. Though, despite her better judgment, Rage believed that she shared a special bond with her Mistress. All of her Fallen Angels speculated that she committed suicide after her lover betrayed her and that was why she was in hell. Now, while she had not been betrayed by her lover, she felt that she had injured her own self. Self-mutilation of the heart.

As her other companions were out following her mistress, Rage wandered the alleyways looking for a human to play with. It was what she did in her spare time. Not to mention the walking gave her time to thinking. Pondering to herself, she stepped over a tipped over garbage can looked up to the full moon. It lit up everything in it's pale light and gave everything the pure brilliance that snow did. It was beautiful. But Rage was still not very concerned with the beauty of the night. She wanted the wonderful sound of shrieks ringing in her ears.

Stepping over another trash can, she suddenly felt something at her back. It ruffled the raven feathers and made her tense her muscles. What on Heaven and Earth could that be? she wondered to herself.

Tempest soon became bored watching others like her attack the humans and left the area in search of her own fun. She jumped from rooftop to rooftop scanning the allyways below for someone to play with, she paused when she saw an angel stepping over a trashcan then grinned as she watched her step over a second. Tempest jumped down landing silently behind the woman in the shadow.

She had to repress a snigger when she saw the woman tense, as she observed the angel she began to pout then came out of the shadows. "I dont get to play with you" she said plainly. Granted she may kill her own folowers but she had a sembalance of respect for the other Rogues and tried not to kill their followers, but then even she broke her own rules sometimes.

Jorishin's smile split into a twisted grin at Twilight's suggestion. You always had the best games to play, he thought. "Of course., Lady Twilight," he said in his charming tone, "and wise of you not to trust me with the woman." Leaving the meaning of these words to the imagination--to an imagination twisted enough to plot ways to torture and kill mortals filled with lovers' ecstasy--Jorishin stalked silently through soft grass, making no more noise than the gentle wind.

Many centuries ago, he might have been very careful to achieve this level of stealth; nowadays, to put much thought into it was an absurd notion. It came as second nature to him. Even as he stepped right behind the ridiculously conciliatory human boy, his presence was not detected--the man continued to focus on his craven, whiny sweetheart.

How sad that this would be the last time they would hold each other. There could be no such ecstasy in Hell.

Jorishin made his move quickly and efficiently: in one fluid movement, he grabbed the back of the man's collar, pulled him to his feet, and wrapped his arms around his frail mortal body--one around his neck, one taut around his waist, clamping his own arms to his sides. As Twilight pounced and seized the girl, Jorishin whispered in his victim's ear, his voice menacing, "So you think you can protect her from the sounds of the night?" He laughed quietly. "Let's see if you can do anything about the dangers that lurk within it."

He turned, bringing the man's gaze to his love, and spoke louder so Twilight and her toy could hear as well. "How should put this? Ah, yes: My lovely assistant here is going to borrow your cute little friend for a show tonight." He lifted his arm from the man's throat to grab the dagger that Twilight's angels had brought him; he pressed the cool edge against the beau's blanched throat, hard enough to be threatening, but not enough to draw blood.

"You get a front row seat, my friend. See how long you can handle watching your companion fend for herself. But don't be trying to get in the way if it gets to be too much. There's a penalty for disturbing the show." As if to emphasize his meaning, he lifted the blade off of the boy's skin and made a slicing motion before resetting it. "If you want to leave, just let me know, and I'll gladly...escort you out." Once again, he shifted the dagger slightly to get his point across.

Satisfied with the ashen hue of the man's skin, Jorishin smiled up at Twilight and gave her a wink. "I think we're ready to begin, milady."

The area was worse then one would expect and thus no living thing could hold its share of happiness or hope to see another day.

The demons... the wicked...the devils...

Moaned a lone male voice as he walked down the middle of the street in what looked like the shopping district. Yet now the streets were bare and abandoned with only fragments of memory to what was once a place of joy and thrill. His boots lightly stopping against the floor in a means to get some attention then moving to lightly tap his blade which was attached to his right hip. All of this was done in a mocking tone to get any demon in the area to fall into his little test trap. Yet the male didn't have to wait long before the moans and screams of a few lesser demons limped and crawled from their hiding spots and into the street. Quickly surrounding him and numbering him 12 to 1, the male smiled.

I bet these cocky bastards think that I'm a quick kill...

" Well come on.." The male tempted the demons one last time before seeing them all rush out in bloodlust for their fix of blood. Falling to one knee and quickly gripping his blade, the male slashed in a rapid 360 manner and thus easily slashing in half the first wave. Falling to the floor in pain caused the other demons to be caught off guard by the sight of their dying brothers. Using this time for his strike, the male lifted into the air and down slashed at the next demon kin, then moved on like an animal to kill each one, one by one. Stabbing the final demon in the chest then slamming it down to the floor the male spoke. " Tell me where the rouges are...! "

"Screw you puppet of god, Vincent!!" snarled the demon before smiling back at Vincent. Vincent soon then wasted only a second to yank out his blade and slam it back into the demon but this time within the poor b*****d's skull. " The scent of fresh blood should bring out the rouges..." hinted Vincent before sighing and removing the demon blood on his blade. Looking around him and taking note that this was no battle but instead just a means of removing vermin. Turning back now and walk down the street in the same manner that he did so before the battle, Vincent looked to the sky.. " Allow my work to mean something lord.. Allow my blade and body to show these wicked demons that this is not their world to play with..

Tempest caught the scent of something much more intresting. "goodbye for now toy of Twilight" she said leaving the fallen angel to her business. She followed her nose to the source of whatever it was she was smelling. Death? or just blood? to her it didnt much matter, whatever caused it might prove to be entertaining to her at least for a little while. She followed the streets, making no attempt to hide or sneek if her enemies wanted her she would welcome them with open arms. She turned down a street that once held the market, a lone angel stood amongst an ocean of blood and death. "and you call us murderers" she said laughing

Vincent was busy talking to himself for a little while longer, since in turn there was no one willing to brave the streets that wasn't trying to kill you or dying. Yet not caring since Vincent always believed that someone was listening to you no matter what the case. Turning the corner and now arriving at what seemed like the center of the shopping district. Before him was a large dried up fountain that showed a statue of a female goddess holding a vase on top of a pillar. Around the fountain were nothing but empty stores and piles of trash that always found a home in the streets of the city.

Quickly taking note of a new scent and that being of a higher class demon. Instantly the angel of god removed his blade from it's sheath and turned to face the demon female before him. Like a typical demon she had the looks of the sin of lust and no doubt also held the sin of pride and wrath.

"Hold your words demon since I will provide nothing but a deaf ear to your lies..." Vincent had faced his share of demons and knew that many of the lesser just outright lashed out to attack but those in the higher ranks loved to play mind games and get inside your noggin. Gripping his blade tightly and holding back the urge to just kill the female in an act of salvation.

" Yet I knew your kind would come if I let the scent of blood in the air.." Vincent then in a mock tone laughed gently.. " Like dogs you come looking for a bone to bite.." whisper then the last bit of words and causing his blade to flash a glow of white before returning to normal. .

Tempest chuckled "I came seeking entertainment, not a bone." she sighed and leaned on an old rust covered car. "The life of an immortal like us is just way too boring, we were all human once, and we died. Then we were sent to our perspective places to just continue our nature. Fighting, war, what’s the point of it all really other than to sate even briefly the boredom we all have" she said a light chuckle in her voice "we are just as pathetic as they if you think about it" she said shrugging. She pushed off the car and brushed the remnants of rust from her pants.

She watched him wondering what he was going to do against her. "You can fill the need to cause death and destruction wherever you go with whatever you like but the reason is the same. You’re as bloodthirsty as we; you merely hide behind a cause rather than admit it’s in your very soul to kill. Claiming you do so in the poor name of your god, who ignores his children and laughs as they meet their unfortunate ends." she kept her gun in her waistband, her chain made no noise as it swung around her neck, the ends held single smooth yet solid metal balls that made no sound when they hit each other, though they should have.

She waited for him to attack first; as she was sure he was going to. It was obvious he was no better than she, although he would never even try to see it that way. Belief is one of the few strong things left in the world, and his was impenetrable. She smiled, doubt was another strong force, and perhaps she could influence him to feel even a shred of it that would give her the advantage in a fight. She glanced around the old courtyard, now bloodied from his killing of demons, the place looked like it was after a war, in a sense perhaps it was. The fountain was dry and falling apart, vines covered the cracking walls of the buildings, and dead leaves filled the street with the dead. A hard wind blew through the area foretelling of a coming storm. She smiled and waited.
