((Alright people, move the OOC talking and/or yelling to PMs.

As for the whole memberlist thing, Edy, you are not on the memberlist here in the thread, plus I was also told of your being de-commisioned. It is up to the people on that memberlist here in the O/M if Boxah has to leave or not.

And for the harrasement, Its not harrasement when he is telling you the facts of what we can all see, that and calling him and sean idiots is not helping your case either.))

((And where do you get this information from?! I'm getting mine from Tacitus. Are you?))

((I have also gotten the info from Tac, seeing I PMed him when he first made the threead to clarify on what the GGN was going to be used for. Why else would you not be on the memberlist, as well as being referred to as the "ex" commisioner?

As for Botax, I have no clue how I pulled off that mispelling xd ))
(...not going to say how Edy currently looks to him. instead gives the thread a taser nudge into IC land-)

A UH-60 Black Hawk bearing the colors of KCAB approached the GPD building, hovering slowly down toward the ground over the park area. The pilot, judging that he would not be able to safely land the vehicle, simply brought it down as close to the treetops as he could, then gave a command over the radio to the crew in the back. A fastrope line was quickly deployed.

Seconds later, a camouflaged figure zipped down the rope to the ground, stepping back from the rope and giving a thumbs-up to the vehicle overhead. The rope was retracted, and the helicopter flew away.

For his part, the desert camouflaged man pulled off the thick gloves he had used to rapel down and stuffed them into his pocket, then made his way toward the entrance of the GPD, making sure all his current rank and insignia were in place on the jacket. It had been a long time since he'd worn the issued camouflage.

Keioko groaned as she sat up, having fallen in the reception area. She rubbed both her ears, whining childishly. She heaved a heavy breath of relief, happy that the noise had stopped. Any longer, and she'd have a migrane, but a major headache was on it's way, she could feel it.

She finally stood, a little wobbly, but eventually did so with regained balance.

"Someone tell me what in the hell that was about?!"
Placing another cigarette between his lips, the wind blowing over his shaven head, Boxah stopped suddenly in the center of the road, turning his body to the Cleric as he walk away. He raised a cupped hand to his mouth and shout out, letting it echo through the streets, bouncing from wall to wall.

"Tell your boss I said 'hi'!"

Boxah shout out as he rode into the distance towards the forest route, where there would be no cameras. He had no idea who he had shot at but he was convinced it was a member of the GPD. There was a sense of familiarity about him, and Boxah had been in jail for long enough to have seen every member of the GPD's staff force for over the couple months he was in there.

Boxah kick off the ground, swerving out of the area and lighting the cigarette, the appearance of a KCAB craft landing letting a chill run down his spine. He prayed the cameras had caught the name-check, shooting and finger. If the GPD were coming back then he wanted them to know that the Libero, and Boxah, were coming up.

<center>((Should have been a UH-60 Warhawk.. You could have just used its Mini-Guns and hell-fire missles if you were going to attack... 3nodding ))
(i'm not planning to attack. ;[ and all of KCAB's Black Hawks come with miniguns anyway)

Snapping his neck first to one side and then the other, the inspector folded his hands behind his back as he stalked onward, making no sign of having heard the remark. Pei had been in enough of Gaia's background rackets before the GPD, enough to seem familiar to anyone. He was relatively new to the force, despite his rank. At the same time, he wouldn't have recognized Boxah; soon enough, he'd review the footage his visual interface had recorded, and realize that he had actually visited the Libero Mansion a few weeks back during the manhunt for Vince. But he wouldn't know that right now.

Right now, his interface cursors were scanning over the rank and insignia of a man in camo. The inspector did not recognize them, but the window running through the department archives in the corner of his vision blinked rapidly. Hands still folded behind his back, Pei nodded as he scanned over the acronym. "Kay-Cab. Hello." The officer stopped a few paces short of him, near the entrance. The buckshot stung less now, but the red stains on his face still shone. It was somewhat beyond him at the moment, but the other officers would probably not be surprised to find out that the organization that had been represented from behind the shotgun's barrel was at it again.
The man stopped a few paces away from the inspector, and now the insignia sewn into his jacket would be more recognizable. The rank on his collar lapels was that of a captain, the name "GANALE" sewn over the left breast pocket, "US Air Force" over the right. Pilot's wings were sewn over the Air Force strip, and the tab on his right upper arm was that of a hawk as seen from above, wings outstretched, underlaid by crossed swords. The unit patch of Raven Squadron.

The pilot glanced at the inspector, and by the look of him it was obvious that this pilot was used to lax discipline measures, and was disdainful of uniforms. In fact, the only reason his camouflage uniform looked as good as it did is because he had rarely worn it.

'Scuse me, could you direct me to somebody in charge?
Lax or formal, all was the same to him. It was the one who wore the bars that mattered, not the uniform the bar was sewn on. Once a GS-9, the inspector was hardly beyond comparison to the captain at least in first glance. A freshly-marred lieutenant's badge pinned to an armband was all Pei had, other than his nondescript clothing.

Seeming to stare at nothing despite his posture and facing towards the pilot, the inspector responded, professional but haggard. "My apologies, Captain Ganale, but our commissioners would seem to be currently unavailable at the moment. One of our deputy commissioners at the moment, however..." Tilting his head downward a fraction of an angle, it became apparent that he had been looking past the pilot into the reception area. Now he was looking at the man. Pei unfolded his hands from behind his back to fold them again in front of him, as Keioko approached.

Keioko glanced over at Pei, having calmed down now. She nodded to him, noticing the wounds on his shoulders, smelling his blood and seeing the redness of it. A slight look of concern crossed her features before looking over to newer man.

Kei, seeming to be only around 16 years old, stared up (being most likely quite shorter than he) at him for a moment.

"Can I help you?"
He started to speak in answer to the inspector's question, then turned his head in the direction of the newcomer.

Perhaps. I was sent by General Donaldson, commanding officer of Kuwait City Air Base, in regards of wishing to form an alliance with the police department. We at KCAB have been known to handle domestic anti-crime affairs in the past, and now that major overseas fighting has come to an end, we're once again able to turn our attention to the domestic front. The general believes an alliance with the police would be very profitable for all concerned.

Kei nodded slowly and turned to Pei, saying something quietly before turning back. She bowed in a Japanese fashion.

"Please excuse me."

She retired to her office/quarters.
To add to the local color, a western style figure entered the doorway of the G.P.D building. He whore a brown floppy hat one might see in a western film, along with a tanned leather coat, a similar tan cotton T-Shirt, and desert-style camo pants picked up by the wearer in Desert Storm. As he walked a distinctive clink was heard. This was caused from the cow-spurs on the rear of the steel-toed boots. He had both his ands in his pockers as he walked in with his head down, the floppy hat obscuring the view of any looking directly at or above him.
Faint memories of ROTC courses taken long ago were brought to the forefront of Pei's mind as he studied the pilot. United States Air Force. Raven Squadron. That meant they fielded Security and Intelligence. Facilitating military resources to render assistance in countering local threats. Secret and Top-Secret clearances, just like back then in the DEA. It made plenty of sense.

Not missing a beat as the Deputy Commissioner excused herself, the inspector responded once more. "Off the record, as would I. I will relay this to my people immediately. You will recieve a response within the dawn. Have you the paperwork at this time?" If he'd seen the new individual who'd approached and entered the building, he made no overt sign of acknowledgment.
