Nope. It's not teleportation. Rufus was trying to explain something to Jen to have her not believe that Arius simply tranformed. Rufus = Arius = Nemesis = Sabien = The Bane = Arenea = they are all the same. He's just trying to throw Jen off wink

In a sense, they all exist in one body. Nemesis is really nothing more than a mist-form, now, called The Bane. Nemesis is, technically, dead, but he's able to use the Mana Mist to form a solid body when need be. In an interesting twist, he's found a way to manipulate the sentiant Mana Mist in such a way as to give each form its own distinct list of strengths and weaknesses. Where Arius is physically strong (for example), Rufus is fast and agile.

However, this doesn't mean that "damage" is transfered to one form to the next. One form can die and the next emerge completely unscaved, as long as he has long enough to "charge" the Mana Mist (aka: himself). Basically... -_-; a long list of things I'd hate to go into. The checks'n'balances are in place. One-on-One with one of your characters would, very likely, kill three or four of his bodies before he decides its futile and retreats...unless he becomes dumb enough to actually try to win. In which case, I can kiss his sorry butt goodbye for about five or six months -_-;
