Welcome to Gaia! ::

Craven narrowed his eyes at him as Orbs of each of the five elements and another Orb of Force came into existance, "Officer Vincent Colbini, for hostile actions against another officer, insubordination, and unruly conduct you are hereby stripped of rank. Give your badge and gun, then get the ******** out. If in the future it can push its way through your thick skull your actions were wrong, you may be allowed to reapply. Until then, you had better hope to god I can't get my hands on you, literally. You'll never have thought your own blood could hate you so much."
"Yea yea. You'll just forget in ten minutes." He chuckled, and moved promptly from the room, walking down the hall as he holstered his sidearm.
Craven thrust his arm forwards as all six orbs darted at Vince on a smartbomb type of path. Each one was seeking out Vince's blood, or at least the blood that was in his body at that moment. Craven was tapping his foot, "Your badge and sidearm. Don't make me sic Hob on your a**."
Vince was prompt in his movement... away from the office. He held up a middle finger, and stuff his badge down his pants. He was quick on the move, and before one knew it, he was back in the other's office, grinning and pulling out his sidearm. "Did you see that new movie about the chocolate factory?"
Craven blinked twice, then smiled, "No I hav..." A squeak from his office made him twicth, "THE BADGE COLBINI! Don't force me to put the place in lockdown and duke it out with you for the next three weeks to get that damned badge, or kill you in the process. Not to mention the gun."
Vince began to laugh, almost uncontrolably. The laughter was contagious. Well, contatious was not the word. Infectious was much better. He kept laughing, and stared straight at the other. Odds were he'd begin to laugh.. Craven had his blood tricks, and Vince had his tricks.
In an uneasy flight Hob emerged from Craven's office and landed on his shoulder as the rush of blood began to fill his ears. He seemed much different now than the man that had been fumbling at the desk, "Citizen Vincent Colbini, you leave me no choice. Computer." A voice chiped up as a holographic face with captions formed before him, "Yes Commissioner Craven?" Craven smirked, "Activate lockdown level 4, authorization as given by Sebastian Crave, Commissioner. Password and voice verification, Sanguis Heroicus." The GPD began to rumble as the doors and windows began to seal off, followed by a lurch as it began to sink.
Vince sudenly became very serious, and shook his head, turning to walk out of the office. Something twanged in the back of his head, and he shook said head, walking towards his office. Luckily, it was sound proof.
As the GPD came to a halt Craven's hearing quickly returned, "Colbini, I can guarantee that if you don't defend yourself or surrender, you will die and Hob will be fat for ages to come. Computer, lower glass between the offices and deactivate all locking mechanisms within the building." The six orbs reformed around him, moving in a circular pattern around him as the computer complied.
Fun. Vince was lucky enough to roll under the glass just in time to get into his office. Once inside, he began fumbling through his desk. After a moment he produced a stack of magazines on his desk, and then some old knick knacks, and some old family belongings. Then a collapsed box.
Craven stared at him through the glass that was now in the floor, no longer there, "Citizen Colbini, you have not been permitted to gather your belongings. You will leave now or die." The deep blue orb darted into the room, straight for the magazines, its goal to explode in a shower of acid.
Vince glanced up, shaking his head before raising his gun and promptly firing. The little orb shattered and the acid merely landed on the ground, burning the horrible carpeting. "You're not going to stop me from taking my things, Craven. You try, and you'll die." Under his tough facade was a bout of fear and sadness. Anyone could tell, despite his still strong demeanor. His hand was shaking like a british Nanny.
He grasped another one, sonic, "Citizen Colbini, you now have two strikes against you, and I'm even being generous. I've overlooked the recent appearances of your two less than perfect citizen friends." A squake, "A wanted terroist and an escaped convict. My, my, you do have interesting friends. They've only been just down the street several times. Haven't you wondered why I haven't brought them in? I'm sure I can torture the man, he must enjoy being tormented, by his namesake. The other, well, she'll just have to be locked up again for weeks on end without so much as a single person to talk to, same as before. It'll be all your fault, Citizen. I can, and will kill them both if need be. I'm sure they'd resist arrest. Its what Gaians do. Their blood will be on your hands. I know they travel offworld, I've felt the powerful planar magics. I can find them, Colbini. His blood is most interesting. Heroicus indeed."
He glanced up, smiling as he opened up the bx. "Remember that story I told you when we went fishing? No, of course you don't. Forgetful man. I told you, how there are certain things in this world that mean a bit more to me than my life. My stuff, happened to be one of them. So the last time I was faced with a problem, I sent my stuff away to someone I care about." He pulled out a necklace. "this, a present from my departed wife." Then a key. "The key to my first car." He kept on rambling. Obviously his sanity had faltered for the moment. Poor b*****d.
He had stopped listening long before he finished, "SHUT UP!" An Orb of Sound went flying into the room, on a collission course with the box and whatever might be inside, if anything. He was twitching, "I told you I wanted you out of my sights, Colbini. None of your s**t matters anymore here. If you really want any of it I'll not incincerate it completely. Get out. Now."
