((To Daphne and Kir: I will post later this evening but I am otherwise occupied at the moment. Ya know, school and all.))
((No worries, none of you all is at the Aegis from what I could read so far and there's no real need to reply. Plus, I'd trade you my job for your school classes anytime! 3nodding ))

The shower helped refresh the young one, the last bits and pieces of a nightmare that felt all to real being washed down the drain. Taro was now rubbing that damp hair with a dry towel, another towel wrapped around that lean body, while pacing about the room, trying to figure out how to spend the reminder of the day. Soon the towels were discarded on the side of the bed and Taro's arms rode upwards, long fingers ruffling the dirty blonde hair, pushing it away from those big olive color eyes. Putting on some clothes seemed like the first step to take at this point.
For some unexplained reason, going outside didn't appeal to the youngster at all, not after fragments of memory of the day that passed still swam in his mind, but to satisfy the need for fresh air Taro stepped to the window and crached it open just enough for him to suck in a deep breath and release it in a long sigh of pleasure. He closed his eyes lazily, letting the current wash over his face, play with the collar of that shirt he'd settled on wearing ... and listened ... just stood still and listened to the silence veiling this place. Even that other voice inside his head was quiet now and that pleased Taro all too much. The corner of those full lips arched upwards in satisfaction. Those green eyes opened, taking in the view. Fields of gold and silver streched every direction for as far as Taro could see, save for one path snaking through the tall grass toward the house. Pretty view, the young one thought, very relaxing.
