Eriko got into the car without a complaint coming out from her mouth. She stayed quiet and planned to stay quiet for the rest of the ride so that she wouldn't say anything stupid or rude for that matter. Inhaling deeply she closed her eyes and tried to concentrate on other things like what her daughter would react to seeing her or how she was going to handle her and her brothers situation. Not only that but she had to stop and visit her mom's grave site. While she thought about these things Michael began speaking to her about her problems with Otto but she didn't say anything. Instead she crossed her arms over her chest and continued to listen even though she wanted to lash out at everyone in the car.
It wasn't before long that they reached a floor shop that she knew every well and knew that they lived above the flower shop. Michael had already gone ahead and went upstairs to his place leaving Cero, Kero, and herself in the car. Kero broke the silence by letting her know that she could come upstairs whenever she was ready but not before telling her not to tell Isabelle that she was her mother. "Yeah I know." Eriko answered keeping it short and simple because she knew if she kept on talking she would probably insult Kero and she didn't want to miss her chance at meeting this girl. Sitting back in her seat she waited a minute or two as she suddenly felt a bit strange about the whole thing. She would never admit to feeling nervous but that was what she was feeling deep in her stomach. "If you see me going to do something stupid, please stop me." She told Cero as she slowly climbed out of the car and began her way in and up towards their living space.
Inhaling deeply she began walking up the stairs and entered the doorway only to see Kero holding a girl smiling brightly at her in expectancy. Eriko smiled back at her showing sharp shark teeth and all as she waved a hand at the girl. The first thing that came into mind was how scary she must look to the little girl in Kero's arms. She expected her to start crying at any moment which was understandable since most kids reacted that way with her. "Hi Isabelle, I'm Eriko. Mommy and daddy's friend." She introduced herself to the girl as she walked a bit more into the room. Extending her hand out so the little girl could shake her hand she waited calmly when suddenly a phone began to ring. She looked up at Kero then at Michael wondering if they were going to pick it up when she realized the ringing was coming from her coat pocket. With a puzzled look she pulled out the phone and realized that she had forgotten to give back the phone to the girl. Picking it up she quickly spoke into the phone quickly. "Bethany isn't here and never will be. Go look for her in Giichii territory." She informed the caller before shutting the phone and shoving it back into her pocket. Quickly her attention went back on the little girl in front of her.
