Lilith 'Dark Lilly'
"Let he who would insult me beware."
Lilith sat on an old broken down brick wall, in the worst part of town. She had been lured to this town by a contract Lilith got off the net. It seemed one of the top industrial CEO's had gotten himself into a sticky situation and needed a 'third party' to retrieve the damning photo's. Tomorrow she would meet her contact and get the full layout of her mission, it would mean a paycheck and perhaps a warm place to sleep for a few days at least.
As Lilith looked out at the city scape it began to rain, this did not affect her, she just sat and allowed the coming storm to soak her. Growing up on the streets she was used to being tired, cold, hungry and alone. Why should this city be any different, than any other place or any other time in her short wretched life? As the wind whipped higher and higher her raven black hair unfurled behind her like a tattered flag. Lilith had been sitting still for so long that she seemed to be one of those old gargoyles that used to adorn cathedrals and castles once upon a time.
Well, I suppose I have sat her long enough I suppose I should move off she told herself before she snapped her legs straight causing her to fall from her perch and land on a fire escape a floor below, landing in a crouch she slowly stood and walked to the ladder, as she approached it she swung around and planted a foot on either side of it and grabbed the rails firmly with her leather gloved hands. As she slackened her grip slightly she slid down to the ground. Lilith never resisted a chance to play or heighten her skills to move quickly and silently through her environment. Remembering back to the old woman who taught her for a short time before a fever took her.
Be as silent as death and as fleeting as the shadows across the moon. As she rounded the corner out of the alley she saw a man with tattoos marking him as a gang member in a local crime syndicate.
Perhaps I shan't need to wait till I complete my little job to get some money. Knowing his type Lilith felt little remorse for what she was about to do. Men like him had kicked her around when she was younger and done far worse to some of the other street kids.
Sliding one of the small knives from the leather brace she wore on her left arm she approached silently from behind before she struck. Running the few paces to close the distance she was at his back before the man had a chance to react she had stabbed him twice once between his upper ribs puncturing a lung and preventing any cry for help the second was to the indie of his thigh severing the man's femoral artery. As he slumped to the ground Lilith dragged him behind the nearest dumpster and left him in a pile of trash after removing any valuables. The man didn't have much but it would be enough for a meal and a cheap hotel for the night.
(OOC: sorry its so short was not sure how to jump in.)
