"Without a past, with nothing to our names, together we make our future."
The story: "Association 19" is a secret gang that consisted of 19 original members; though now there's only 15. Their ages range from as young as 15 to 23, and they have chosen to leave behind their miserable past lives and join together to make something of themselves. They live in an abandoned hotel, where they may gamble or trade with other gang members, often getting drunk and into fights, etc, causing the deaths of a few of them. They live only to serve the whole, a bit like communism i guess, but that's everyday life for them. They may also go on "missions" hired by a secret agency known as HAFTWIN, mostly to assassinate or capture others for a fee. They may work as sweepers, drug dealers, thieves; whatever they can do to keep themselves and the group alive. They often have to evade the police as well, or other gangs like The Rioters.
All in all, it's like a really broken family searching for redemption.

A bit about the founder: Alec Bryant was a neglected child, whose parents weren't ready to care for a child and thus paid him almost no attention. He became isolated and anti-social. When he was 14 he went on a violent rage and was thus kept under tight watch from the police. He alienated himself from the social world for the longest time... Then, as if by instinct, he ran away, never to look back, and stumbled upon a homeless bunch of people. He was welcomed into their family and learned some valuable life lessons. He then set off to create a family of his own, of people who were misfits, loners, or felt they needed to control their own life. Here, they have that opportunity to make something of themselves to better their new family.

*Alec "Brandisher" (was once Alec Bryant) is the founder and leader. His left leg was amputated after being shot and infected.
*Jax Hancock is the technician; he's rather insane
*There are two co-leaders, Larus and "Bonus"
*There used to be three girl triplets but one perished.... The remaining to are known as Vera and Annetta

HAFTWIN, or Hackerz Agency For Those Who Are In Need, is a secret agency that employs gang members such as those of A-19. They have a giant embassy located in the big city, though they have other means of sending out jobs and messages to those who desire it. They are open for the average civilian to send an application for a risky job that needs doing, be it an object stolen, a loan, a person to be killed, etc. The government has looked into them, but thinks they're rather harmless, and further investigation was not undergone. Thus the facility thrives and is very benefitial in keeping A-19 alive and prosperous
