For eons, two planets had spun around each other in orbit: Troy and Terra. One of the planets, Terra, was barely hospitable. Only small, non-sentient forms of live lived there. Troy, however, was a different story. A species of sentient life, emerged. They stood on two legs, and had two arms. Their average height was around six feet, when they were in the adult stage, and lived for nearly 100 years. They looked a lot like modern day humans, and were rather intelligent. They cleared several locations, around 25, and built gaint cities. Eventually, the Trojans left their forrested planet, and landed on Terra. Terra, despite being barely hospitable on its own, contained vast amounts of mineral deposits, fossil fuels (which were rarely used by the Trojans), diamonds, precious gems and precious metals. Slowly, the Trojans colonized Terra, using the vast resources to build up their planetary defenses on Troy, and construct a small space fleet.

It had been almost 72 years to the day when the first landing party arrived on Terra when it happened. Out of nowhere, there was a rip in space. It was a space-time anomally, which still hasn't been completely understood to this day. An asteriod-looking object appeared, and it was headed towards Terra and at breakneck speed. The asteriod was the size of a small moon, and despite the best attempts from Troy's planetary defense system, it collided with Terra. This event went down in history, as the Black Awakening.

Terra was flung out of orbit, and moved relatively far from Troy. The asteriod had broken the planet, causing a large peice to break away. That broken peice soon became known as Enterra, as it was colonized. Troy had been hit with major meteor showers, but the largest and most harmful fragments were destroyed with its planetary defense system. The asteroid, which had been named Navinia, was not an ordinary space object. Once it had settled on Terra for good, teams had been sent to explore it. Their reports nearly got them executed by superiors for the crime of mocking the disaster which had claimed millions of lives. But more extensive reports gave them the same conclusion.

Navinia was a fortress. A fortress an a near planetary size. Inside, lay the secrets of a race dedicated to the continuation of their technology as they attempted to escape from an unnamed foe. For years, it was analyzed. Its spaceships were removed, and dismantled at Etenia, the spacedock and construction yard built into Enterra. Engines, gun, communcation, sheild, stealth, and armor technology were all salvaged, analyzed, reverse engineered, re-designed, and constructed. Soon, Troy began to build up mighty fleet, using the technology they aquired from beings known only as the Ikawa.

Nearly sixty years since the Black Awakening, Troy has finished building up its fleet. Stationed around both Troy and Terra lay over 100 orbital cannons, linked to around thirty ground-based planetary defense units on each planet. Enterra itself had 12 dedicated orbital cannons, and four ground-based units. Twenty satelites far outside the orbit of either planet serve as alert and recon stations, transmitting data back to Troy for analysis. Navinia still remains dormant, the mighty mass drivers that propelled it still under repair. One day in the future, it may take flight again, and become the most powerful vessel in the galaxy. But that is the future- a vastness of the unknown.

With its fleet at the ready, men prepared, and leaders eager, Troy shall spread its influence outward, and shall have more than two planets. The Trojan Empire is at hand. Or so it had seemed, until that traumatizing day.

Out of nowhere, and in an extremely short period of time, several powerful star nations appeared in the Trojan system. One of them, masking their approach as an attempt to make relations, suddenly launched an all-out suprise attack. Within minutes, nearly half of the Trojan Navy was eliminated, and feirce ship-to-ship combat ensued. The attackers even went so far as to deploy their forces on Terra, and began to assault Blackwater City. However, through a combined effort with new allies, the Klentine Crusade Force was driven back.

Three years passed, and much was accomplished. The Trojan Navy exploded in size, driven by a massive patriotic effort by its people. New vessel classes were created, and obsolete classes retired. A new system was discovered, and colonization began. Then, Navinia was re-awakened, fully repaired and functional. Troy now stands as a major player in the galaxy, ready to reach out and stake its claim.

Plutus is the smallest planet in the Jurassic System, and the furthest from the sun. It is extremely cold, and is uninhabitable.

Orbital Cannon
These are the orbital defense cannons. They carry in upwards of thirty to fourty 250mm projectiles, which are fired out of its gaint railcannon. These were used to try and stop Navinia from hitting Terra.

Class I Orbital Defense Satelite
These are the original defense satelites launched into space to defend Troy and Terra. They contain a simple energy harvesting system, comprised of three solar panels. That powers the thruster system and the onboard computer unit. A small nuclear reactor provides power to the 50 Megawatt laser system, which is designed to heat up missile-type weapons and detonated them at a distance. It is also powerful enough to tear holes in the hulls of enemy ships, after it has weakened their shields.

Class II Orbital Defense Satelite
The second generation of defense satelites, the Class II ones were designed more for anti-ship purposes than anti-projectile ones. The power comes completely from solar panels, which store energy to be used by the computers and the thrusters. It carries four Rith missiles, deisgned to be used after the Class I satelites have weakened the ship's sheilds. After the four missiles have been launched, they must be manually reloaded.

Class III Orbital Defense Satelite
The latest defense satelite class, they include anti-projectile and anti-ship systems. There are 18 missile tubes, each armed with a small, penetrating warhead designed to explode violently after it lodges itself inside a ship. Also, they contain a 150 Megawatt laser, which cuts through advanced sheilding quickly. The three solar panels exist to provide secondary power to the computer and thruster systems in case the main fusion reactor fails.

Planetary Defense System
Planetary Defense System (Aerial View)
The Planetary Defense System was initially designed to destroy objects from space before they could make contact with Troy but now, the missiles can also be used against ships.

Outer Rim Watchtowers
These satelites make up the Outer Survalience Grid, designed to watch for anything unusual, enemy ships, asteroids, comets etc. Each has six solar panels to provide power for its thrusters, analysis equipment, communication equipment, and computer systems.

AA Gun
A quad-barreled 35mm gun, it is operated by one gunner, and is used to defend locations against incoming fighters and bombers. Generally, they are mounted on high areas, to give the largest range possible.

Railgun
A 100mm railgun, designed to repel attackers. Capable of firing fifteen rounds a minute, they are most often placed at entrances to facilities.

Gatling Tower
Two 55mm gatling cannons mounted on a turret. Designed to cut a swath of destruction through infantry, vehicles, and aircraft alike. Placed generally anywhere in a facility, as it can be used for mulitple tasks.

-Two Warp drives
Crew: 1490
Sheilding:
-Four Level III Sheild generators (One located at the very tip of the ship, One located at the top deck in the bow, One located at the front bend of each upper wing)
-Twelve Level II Sheild generators (One at the middle level of the bow, One one each main laser cannon, One on the deck in the middle of the ship, One in the middle of the underside of the ship, One on each tip of the upper wing, One on the bridge, One on either side of the engines)
Armor:
-Twenty inches of Triterium/Carbonx alloy
-Five inches of Lead underneath
Armament:
-Four 350 Megawatt Laser cannons (One on each wing)
-Twenty 30mm anti-ship/anti-asteroid turrets
-Four Hangers (One on the underside of the bottom Bow segment, One in the underside center of the ship, One on each bottom wing)
The Graon class are the only ships in the Trojan fleet designed to carry troops into battle for a land invasion. Each of its four hangers carries sixteen assault aircraft. It also has enough extra room to support those troops for an extended period of time.

In order to expand, the Trojan Empire needs ground forces to fight battles on land. No war can be won by orbital bombardments alone.

-----------------------------------------Armor-----------------------------------------
Police Armor
Armor:
-3mm of ceramic plating
-2mm of High-Density Kevlar
-1mm of Biosteel Core
This is the standard armor worn by all Police agencies on Troy. It can block most small arms fire and is relatively light. However, it does not protect the face, nor does it provide protection against the elements or hazardous environments.
The suit is used by the police, and by gaurds on board ships.

Soldier Armor
Armor:
-6mm Ceramic Plating
-5mm High-Density Kevlar
-5mm Biosteel Core
This is the standard armor worn by the grunts of the military. It is more durable than the Police Armor, blocks more types of rounds, protects from the elements, and also provides the user with a closed in HUD. Since it is mass-produced, wearing it is slightly uncomfortable, due to the government wanting as much interchangability between suits. That means each suit is modified as little as possible to fit its wearer. The suit is airtight, letting the soldier live in space, but its lack of thrusters and short air supply make it a rare occurance. It does have magnetic boots to allow the soldier to make his way to an airlock onboard the ship.
The suit is used by all low-class attacking forces.

Marine Armor | Officer on Left
Armor:
-1.1mm Tiberium Coating
-6mm Biosteel Intermediate
-6mm Ceramic Core
-2mm Lead undercoating
Designed specifically for inter-ship and orbital combat, the Marine Armor is space-capable. On the back of the suit is a thruster/oxygen pack, which allows for up to 30 seconds of flight, and 15 minutes of air. In addition to that, there is an air filtration system built into the mask. The suit lacks a HUD, but contains low-light, thermal, and a bioscanner all built into the googles. The Marine armor contains a lead undercoating, to provide protection from radiation. The boots of the armor also contain powerful electromagnets, which keep the user attached to a ship during orbital combat.
This suit is worn by the Space Marines, who repel and engage in assaults on Capital Ships.

Trooper Armor
Armor:
-.43mm Tiberium Coating
-7mm Biosteel Intermediate
-5mm Ceramic Plating
-2mm High-Density Kevlar
Designed specifically for combat in harsh environments, the Trooper Armor comes with a basic HUD; a compass, a 2x magnification screen, external temperature, night and thermal vision, and a range-finder. Also included in the suit is a NBC system, to protect the wearer. Although the suit is airtight, with a rebreather and a tank with up to five minutes of air, the Trooper Armor is rarely, if ever, used in space.
This suit is worn by Corp Troopers, who lead attacks and make up the bulk of the higher-ranked ground infantry.

Ranger Armor
Armor:
-4.2mm Tiberium Coating
-8.9mm Biosteel Wrapping
-6.7mm Cermaic Plates
-3.2mm High-Density Kevlar
Ranger Armor was designed for multi-use combat. Capable of either Land or Orbital combat, it houses the same rebreather system as the Phantom Armor. Also, it houses a NBC system, in addition to being airtight. The gold visor contains a HUD, which has low-light and thermal vision, external temperature readout, battlefield information window, and has a 4x viewscreen. On the back, there is a 15-second thruster pack for space combat. The armor also contains magnetic boots, which are essential in ship-based combat. This is the only armor that contains a high-intensity flashlight mounted on the left side of the helmet.
Worn by SpecOps, who are often the leaders of Trooper and Marine teams.

Phantom Armor | Standard 3-Man Team | (Rare) 4-Man Team on an Escort Mission
Armor:
-5mm Carbon-Nanotubule Outer Mesh
-5mm Self-Repairing Tiberium Armor
-4mm Biosteel Intermediate
-4mm Caramic Plate Core
The Phantom Armor is an extremely effective armor, worn by high-ranking commando teams. It is completely sealed, allowing the user to operate in space. A small, removable thruster pack allows movement in space when needed. The suit has a NBC system, a rebreather, and a tank that houses roughly 10 minutes of air, but coupled with the rebreather, can last several hours. Contained in the helmet is a HUD, which displays the temperature, compass, basic maps, and a detailed screen containing the current objectives and parameters. The googles also are capable of thermal, low-light, x-ray, bioscanner, and an electromagnetic disturbance vision mode, with each mode capable of 4x zoom. Also, their armor can slowly repair portions of itself, and contains a servo enchancement system, although much smaller than its Elite counterpart.
This armor is worn by Phantoms, elite Commandos in the Trojan Military.

Elite Armor
Armor:
-9.83mm Carbon-Nanotubule Outer Mesh
-8.47mm Self-Repairing Triterium Armor
-7.9mm Tiberium Intermediate
-6mm High-Density Kevlar
-4.91mm Self-Reparing Triterium Armor
-3mm Biosteel/Ceramic Plate Core
The Elite Armor is the "most powerful" armor that a soldier can wear. Containing an extremely elaborate and involved HUD, which displays ammo count, a compass, battlefield maps, a motion-detector, thermal, low-light, bioscanner, the ability to 6x zoom, external heat, suit power status, health status, armor status, and nanotech status. This suit is actually integrated with the user, as the user is "imprinted" with a series of electrical plates, to maximize the effectiveness of the soldier. Also in the armor, are a series of servos and stabilizers, allowing the user extreme strength and somewhat better agility. The suit also carries a tank with 17 minutes of air, a rebreather that has nearly infinite usage, and medical supplies.
This armor is worn by "Elites", who commonly gaurd extremely high-ranking people in the Trojan society, such as the Royal Family, and the Grand Council.

Active Camo
The Active Camoflauge, while not an armor in itself, is an addition added to Ranger, Phantom, or Elite armor that allows the wearer to camoflauge himself for a short period of time. While it masks the user's visual signature, it can still be picked up by a thermal scan.

Feral Soldiers
A Feral is one of the most elite soldiers known to Troy. They are more powerful than Elites. Wearing no armor other than a set of leather clothing, they can wipe out an entire battalion of men with ease. Selected from the Elite training program, these men, and only men, are given biological enhancements to increase their abilities, instead of relying on their armor like an Elite. Injected with a special serum, in amplifies their muscle mass in upwards of ten to twenty percent. It also makes current muscle nearly ten times more efficient, while at the same time enhancing reflexes. They can regenerate their wounds, are impervious to many types of poisons, can run at nearly thirty miles per hour, have thermal vision, and have a very heightened sense of smell. These are the Royal Gaurds of the Trojan Patriarch and Matriarch. They only reside in the palace, as there are only ten or so. Their only weapon, besides their claws, is a staff.
They gaurd the King and Queen, and reside only in the Imperial Palace.

-----------------------------------------Weapons-----------------------------------------

Gaurd Pistol
Caliber: 5mmx17mm
Fired by: Compressed Xe (Stored in rear tank)
Clip: 10 rounds
The Gaurd Pistol is the standard sidearm for all the police forces in the Empire, and all gaurds onboard ships. The disposable Xe tank can fire up to thirty rounds before it needs to be replaced.

iPistol
Caliber: N/A
Fired by: Heated Plasma
Clip: ~35-45 shots
The iPistol was developed to fill the void left by the obsolete Gaurd Pistol using Covenant technology. It operates as both a pistol, able to hit unarmored targets and deal damage, and as a machine gun, firing in full auto and penetrating armor at the expense of range and accuracy.

Secya
Caliber: 12 Gauge
Fired by: Compressed Kr (System above trigger)
Clip: 10 rounds
All armies need a close-quarter-combat weapon. The Secya is a shotgun, capable of being used in all environments. It also uses a compressed gas firing system, but is much more efficient than the Gaurd Pistol. The slug is a cylinder made of thin plastic, and is ejected with the shrapnel. After being fired, the slug travels down the barrel until hit hits a small rod at the end, which divides the barrel in two. Hitting the rod ruptures the slug, causing the shrapnel inside to burst out an all directions. It is a semi-automatic weapon.

CovCarb
Caliber: 5.5mmx19mm
Fired by: Conventional means
Clip: 35 rounds
The standard carbine, fires a 5.5mm round, with a 35 round clip. On top of the rifle, there is a counter. Each green line represents one round left in the clip. The rounds are fired by conventional means.

Standard Rifle
Caliber: 5.56mmx22mm
Fired by: Conventional means
Clip: 21 rounds (Clip in grip)
The standard rifle is used by the soldiers of the Trojan Empire. It fires with a three-round burst. The rifle has a built-in lasersight mounted just under the barrel.

BR
Caliber: 7.62mmx29mm
Fired by: Railgun
Clip: 32 rounds (Clip in rear)
Originally only a SpecOp Ranger rifle, it has been "demoted" into a general issue weapon. On top of its carrying handle, there is a 6x scope, with a lasersight. The railgun-batteries are housed in the stock, and must be recharged after every four clips. They are also removable, and can be easily exchanged in the heat of battle.

BruteShot
Caliber: 55mm
Fired by: Conventional means
Clip: 4 Grenades
The standard grenade launcher, fires a 55mm incindiary grenade. It carries a four round clip, insterted at the top. By its nature, it can only be used in spaces where there is enough oxygen to allow the round to explode, so the rounds are fired by conventional means.

Four-D
Caliber: 75mm
Fired by: Conventional means
Clip: 4 Rockets (One rocket per barrel, breech loaded)
The standard 4-barrelled rocket launcher. The weapon is designed to be ambidextrous, with flip-out view screens on both sides. The weapon is capable of homing in on thermal targets to some degree, and has a 2x zoom.

Tri-Launcher
Caliber: 65mm
Fired by: Conventional means
Clip: 3 Rockets (One rocket per barrel, breech loaded)
The Tri-Launcher, or "Trike", is a three barreled unguided rocket launcher. It can fire one rocket, or be configured to fire all three simultianously, but is advised against. While each rocket lacks the punch of the 80mm rockets its bigger brother uses, the weapon is lighter, allowing more ammunition to be carried, and is easier to fire.

Helghast AR
Caliber: 8.3mmx37mm/12 gauge
Fired by: Railgun/Conventional means
Clip: 80 rounds (Cyndrical magazine inserted in rear)/2 shells (Inserted in launcher underbarrel)
The Helghast is the common rifle used by the Marines. It is capable of both fully automatic fire, in addition to semi-automatic. Its unusual fature is a dual-shell shotgun mounter under the barrel. This allows the Marine to blast away his enemies from extremely close ranges, not once, but twice. This makes it perfect for close-in boarding action.

Pulse Rifle
Caliber: 8.4mmx40.1mm
Fired by: Railgun
Clip: 35 Rounds (Box magazine inserted into stock)
The Pulse Rifle is the common rifle used by Troopers. It was designed to be more accurate than an AR, but not as heavy or cumbersome as an ISA. Its light-weight and long-range accuracy make it the weapon of choice for ground combat.

ISA Rifle
Caliber: 9.13mmx39.6mm/45mm
Fired by: Railgun/Conventional
Clip: 19 Rounds
The ISA Rifle is designed to be used by SpecOps. It fires using railgun tech, but its most amazing feature is its underbarrel 45mm grenade launcher. Created after the SpecOps division, this rifle is extremely deadly in the hands of any SpecOp.

AS-89
Caliber: 8.14mmx38.6mm
Fired by: Railgun
Clip: 12 Rounds
The AS-89 is one of three weapons used by a Phantom Brigade. The firing mechanism is located above the pistol grip, and below the 14x digital scope. To give the rifle the maximum effectiveness, the rifle is in a bullpup configuration, and fires SABOT-style rounds.

2300 Carbine
Caliber: 5.73mmx30mm
Fired by: Conventional
Clip: 75 Rounds (Insterted into stock)
The 2300 Carbine is the closest thing Troy has to a SMG. It fires 5.73mm rounds at a rate of 700 rounds per minute. To acommidate this, this weapon is fired using convential means. The radiator fins on the barrel allow it to fire for the full 6.5 seconds repeatedly without heat damage being done to the barrel.

Model 12 Grenade Launcher
Caliber: 45mm
Fired by: Railgun
Clip: 5 Grenades
The Model 12, also known as the Nightmare, is a very odd grenade launcher. Launching them via a railgun system, which is housed under the barrel, the grenades do not detonate on impact, nor do they operate on a timer. They are detonated via a trigger pull on the launcher. A three-way switch on the side of the launcher determines what happens during a trigger pull: Fire Round, Detonate Single, Detonate All. The Detonate Single detonates one round per pull, starting with the oldest fired one. The Fire Round is self-explanitory, and the Detonate All option detonates every grenade fired. There are multiple type of grenades that can be fired, from Frag to HE to Smoke.

Bloodhound
Caliber: 35mm
Fired by: Railgun
Clip: 6 Grenades
The Bloodhound is an "Elite Only" weapon, as the weight would almost rip anyone else's arms out of their sockets. It can carry two types of rounds: PO and HH. PO stands for peircing only, which are nothing outside the ordinary rounds. HH stands for high heat rounds, which carry a small amount of thermate and a small pouch of oxygen. When the round is compressed considerably, like when hitting a wall, the thermate and oxygen mix, creating an exothermic chemical reaction that turns the entire round into molten metal, which is about 3,000 Degrees Celsius. This can melt flesh from bone instantaniously, and melts through a foot-thick steel door in less than 5 seconds.

Storm Gun
Caliber: 17mmx112mm
Fired by: Railgun
Clip: 20 rounds (Up to a 40 round clip is available)
The Storm Gun is the standard rifle used by the elites. It is a semi-automatic, that has the rounds in its clips stacked in a zig-zag pattern. Expanded clips can carry as many as fifty rounds, but tend to be cumbersome and aren't commonly used. The railgun batteries are recharged by plugging them in, and can fire over 250 rounds before needing to be recharged. There is no scope or lasersight on this rifle, only a small camera with up to 12x zoom. The rifle feeds directly into the HUD of an Elite using an encrpyted wireless connection. There is also a hardwire, just in case. Mounted under the barrel is a bipod, just in case extra stability is needed if the rifle is used for sniping.

Saber
Made from Tiberium, every commander has one. This tradition dates back hundred of years, where Generals used their swords in close combat. Now, it serves mainly as a decorative accessory. However, it is still as effective in killing in close quarters as it ever was, since all commanders are trained in the use of it.

Feral Staff
The Feral Staff houses a concealed blade in the end. When it is needed, the foot-long blade ejects from the end, and turns the staff into a spear. This weapon is for the most part unbreakable, and weilded only by Ferals.

-----------------------------------------KOS-MOS-----------------------------------------

KOS-MOS Commandos
Discovered inside Navinia, these are nearly invincible androids. Although there are only twenty-six, they are powerful enough to take down nearly any sizable force thrown against them. Their armor is made of a mysterious Ikawan material, Godmodium, which is lightweight and flexible, but nearly impregnable. This is supported by an intensive internal nanobot system, which allows them to self-repair. Their CPU's run over 1 Trillion calculations a second, and their servos allow them to move their bodies equal to their mental reaction rate.

KOS-MOS Squad Leader
Out of the twenty-six KOS-MOS units, five are Squad Leader variants. These units have a distinctive translucent blue armor, and have a different silver-armor arangement. Each unit commands four other KOS-MOS Commandos, and to allow for this, their AI protocals are more advanced than a Commando.

KOS-MOS Commander
There is only one KOS-MOS Commander, who wears completely gold armor. She is given the designation "Unit 001", and has command over the other twenty-five units. Because of this, her AI is very advanced, enough to the point where she can develop a dynamic personality. Her nanotechnology is a step above the other units as well.

Scanner
All KOS-MOS units have a built in scanning system, which also conects to Navinia's main computers and internal defense systems. This scanner contains X-Ray, Low-Light Amplification, Thermal, Bio, Electromagnetic, and Gravity-Distortion. The scanner allows the retinal-units of the KOS-MOS to remain small in size, but also gives the unti advanced "vision" capabilites.

Gatling 1 | Gatling 2
Each KOS-MOS unit has its own pair of gatling cannons. Firing via conventional means, the three rotating sections spit out over 3,000 15mm rounds a minute. Under each gun, in the rectangular box, is 1k rounds of ammunition.

R-Pistol
In addition to the gatling cannons, each unit carries a revolver. The pistol seems to be a heavily miniturized version of a beam rifle. Each beam consumes one power cell, which muct be ejected and replaced with a fresh, charged one. The revolver is fired, draining the cell, and then the cylinder rotates, bringing a new cell to the firing mechanism. Once all eight charges are drained, the cylinder is ejected, and a new one is inserted. Also, one could replace the cells in a consumed cylinder and reuse the cylinder.

Arm Cannon
Given only to Sqaud Leader units, the arm cannon is just that. It is an electromagnetic pulse cannon, designed to disable electronics within the blast radius.

Beam Lancer
The beam lancer is a weapon only the Commander has. It is essentially a scaled up version of the R-Pistol. It's beam is much more powerful, and it can be fired several times, around ten to twelve, before its power cell needs to be replaced. From watching it used, we have determined it has three power cells, givng a total of thirty to thirty-six blasts before it is completely drained, and all three cells are replaced.

The Trojan Empire has an unusual system of government, if you look at it from the perspective of modern-day Earth.

The leader is the King, and then the Queen, and then the Crowned Child. The Crowned Child is the first-born son, unless the first son is born ten years after the first daughter. Below them are the Province leaders, who are elected. There are three provinces on Terra, one on Enterra, and eleven on Troy. In addition to the 15 province leaders, there are five Hemispherical ministers, one for the North/South hemispheres on Terra and Troy, and one for the whole of Enterra. They are appointed by the King. Those twenty people make up the Grand Council. Below them is the High Council, which is made up of all the Admirals, Generals, and Force Commanders of the military. They proceed over what is known just as "The Council", which is the main confirming body in the the Trojan Empire. It is comprised of district presidents, who are appointed as well. Each district covers roughly 250 million people.

Below the Coucil level, there is the sector level. Everyone at or below this level is elected. Each sector consists of 25 million people. The Sector Commision is what all the Sector leaders are called collectively. The Commission is responsible for creating, editing, and finishing up laws before they are passed up to the Council to be confirmed. Below the sector level, there are various levels of local government, but their structure is too complex to be explained simply.

On the main entrance to the Grand Council, are the Supreme Laws- Laws that cannot be edited, nor changed throughout the ages. They are:
Follow the Gaian TOS.
No God-modding.
No page stretching, no really long a** non-rp posts, no quote towers.
No Magical-Magic. Like, DBZ/Sailormoon s**t. I will accept some paranormal ablilities, but not too much.
Be realistic when role-playing, ie: No autohitting, Godmodding, Puppeting, etc.
Keep OOC low. I want as much RP as possible.
I am the law. If you b***h to me, and act like a n00b, you'll be strapped to the front of a Nod missile.
No male-male action. I don't care about male-female, or female-female ones. Yes. I am discriminating. But I really don't want to see guys kissing. Like, ever.
The above rule is to be followed at all times.
Anyone who is extremely illiterate will be banned. Also, anyone who attempts to gain membership must at least be able to type decently, ie: literate.
Contrary to what is says above, these rules can be edited, and more can be added as I see fit.
