i would say gold mostly or monthly collectibles are a good choice to give

I wish you can do more with the flowers!!!
There are so many flowers out in the towns and all you can make is bouquets with them. I wish you could buy vases to fill with flowers to put in your house or something.
Or make other items with them?
Like maybe a belt; jewelry: ring, bracelet, necklace, head band; shoes such as sandels; or a flower dress, skirt, top, ect...
I mean you can have only have so many bouquets to make without doubleing up. And with trash you have hats, or sell the others.
With bugs you can make ink for tattooes and bouquet paper/ribbon.
As I'm on the suject, can we have white ribbon to buy; then dye it with ink and use it for projects. Like make it into jewelery to put on around you: neck, head, wrist, ankle, thigh, arm, hair, ect... Even shoes if we could trade like 20 boats for a sole of a sandle to use as a base for the ribbon to be added.
And the cans could be used for jewelery, such as bangles, rings, necklaces, ect...
It can bring alot more people to the towns b/c you can do so much more things with the items in town if we had more things to do with the items. I love collection stuff from town, but I just would like to do more with it instead of it sitting there, unless I sell it.

That's my two cents, what do you think? Please tell me.

My ideas:
Double item design contests:
Run two IDCs at the same time (eg Hat and Handheld item contests).
There would be seperate design submission forms and destinations for each type so there's less work to do seperating them.
This would I think be more effective, and take less to carry out than two seperate contests.
Also, there could be a general theme to the contests (color or subject), so that after the contest, we have two similar items that may compliment each other, rather than one lone item.

UNIQUE/RARE item design contest
Just like a usual IDC, but the item is not made publicly purchaseable, or they are available for a shorter time, making them a rare item!
