I agree with you on all of these. I need to be more honest (kind of self explanitory), taking care of my body. This one is kind of hard for me because I just dislike lots of types of food. I hate spicy food, most healthy food, and dark, dark chocolate. Taking time, I don't know what you really mean about that, but I'm hoping its a good thing. And thinking before you do, yeah I don't think I can ever do that, but its worth a try!
