There are many many reasons, coming from a guy who wernt really bothered by her uselessness in young naruto, in shipuuden shes worse, one example, she knows naruto likes her and used this in order to try to confront sasuke by herself, she lied to him about loving him and its as if she thinks this will automatically stop naruto from wanting to bring him back like shes the only 1 of the 2 who actually care for him in some way, then when she got there, she failed, naruto saved her life yet...
if she had narutos life in one hand and sasukes in the other and she had to pick to save 1, she'd save sasuke, its shocking that she even debated it in the anime when the obvious choice is naruto.
all this based on a petty lust that she had at the age of 13 or 14 or whatever it was, how can u like such an idiot
edit...only watch the anime... for all i kno, she might be kick a** in the manga atm
I hate Hinata more than Sakura. Sakura is actually okay in my book. Hinata stays static
to me -- even her "brave" moments aren't that brave. She is weak, and relies on everyone
else and complains that she doesnt want to yet still does.
I hated her because I thought she was annoying and a cockblock to my Naruhina ship. This was when I was like 12-14, though. I don't really give a s**t anymore and at this point I'm only reading the manga just to see where the story ends.
I'll tell you the reasons why I used to dislike her.
Number one: She was useless. Yes, she had being one of the smartest ninjas in her class going for her, and that's a pretty awesome feat. But she barely did anything when it came to fighting. All she really did, was stand on the sidelines and cry. Oh, and screaming out Sasuke's name. A lot.
However, I will admit that she was able to hold her own against the sound ninja. However, it would have been for a very short while. Why? Because if Ino, Shikamaru and Chouji did not show up, and hell, if Sasuke didn't wake up, Sakura would have been dead.
Number Two: the way she beats up on Naruto, and calling people weak (Rock Lee, when she first meets him) Granted, a lot of the stuff Naruto does, the smack to the face is well deserved. What got to me was when Sakura used to pretty much think of him as being totally useless and worthless, which is funny because in the end, Naruto (and Sasuke) almost always end up saving Sakura. If Naruto is really so useless, then why does Sakura constantly have to be rescued?
In episode 21, she comments that she thought Rock Lee "was some weakling." This coming from a girl who has to have her team-mates constantly save her? Really?
